Not only was I surprised to learn these services are offered for cats (as well as dogs) but the Proprietor of the Shop, is a MASTER Cat Groomer! I did a bit of research online, and when my Partner and I, were walking again, nearby, I scheduled my Cat, for his first ever appointment (with a Groomer.)
I know how difficult it is to hold this guy still, and get home to be calm/cool. Lawrence and Angela did a tremendous job, trimming his nails, and getting him bathed (properly)!
He came home, and was nudging up, against everything, and purring, quite happily! I have read all of the negative reviews for this place, and must say, I’m not sure any of them understand what is really involved with maintaining and running a business, such as this!”
“Pet Wants Cincy West has it all. Great dog food, I have 2 dogs and the food choices a great because you can tailor the choices to the nutritional needs of your pets. If your pet has a food problem Pet Wants can find a solution. Laurie and crew do their very best to fill the orders 100% perfect. I love all the pet supplies they have collars, leashes, tough toys and treats! They really are the best. I really appreciate their delivery service! It helps me so much.”

Update We came in for the paw package today and Hannah did an amazing job too! This was a totally different time of day and different day than the last time. We showed up early and she gladly took our dogs in to trim up their nails. Another great experience!”

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Johnson and the entire staff at Banfield Pet Hospital inside the PetSmart on Glenway. We recently had to make the incredibly difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 14-year-old dog, Carter. From the moment we walked in, the team displayed extraordinary compassion and empathy.
Dr. Johnson's gentle and understanding approach made a devastating situation slightly more bearable. She allowed me to stay with Carter until he peacefully fell asleep, providing comfort to both him and me. While I couldn't bear to witness the final moments of the euthanization, I know that Carter was treated with the utmost respect and care.
Carter was a cherished member of our family for 12 years, and the void he's left is immense. The staff at Banfield truly understood the depth of our loss, and their kindness was invaluable during this painful time.
While the loss is profound and I've decided not to adopt another pet, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Johnson and the Banfield team on Glenway to anyone seeking compassionate and professional veterinary care. Their dedication to both pets and their owners is truly remarkable. Thank you for helping us navigate such a difficult moment.”

“My little Frenchie loves trips to Lulu's where she can pick her new favorite treat. She's not interested in the toys, she's definitely food motivated, but they have a good selection of both. They offer a lot of healthy food, raw foods and snacks like yogurt pup sickles.Em, my pup, usually makes friends with one or two of the foster kitties. If you are looking to adopt a snuggly kitty, you can check these free range kitties out. The staff knows these kitties and their personalities. I believe they work in conjunction with the Boone County Animal Shelter.They also offer a lot of holistic pet care products. The probiotic ear wash has helped to finally relieve my little girl's itchy ears and the dental drops have alleviated her fish breath. (Snouts Honor brand). Photo-Em and her latest NoHide Veggie Treat she selected from Lulu's.”
