“We have purchased our Christmas tree from this business the last three years. Each time we have been extremely happy. Today we went in to buy this years tree and Jonathan quickly met us at the tree location asking if he could help us and what exactly the type of tree we were looking for. I mentioned a man helped us last year find the perfect tree and I showed him a photo of it; as it turns out, he helped us last year with our purchase and in my honest opinion it was the best Christmas tree we have ever had in terms of style, size, and symmetry. He helped us find a similar tree for this year. The trees were literally just put out yesterday or today so this year's selection is still spreading out but again, similar to last year. As a small business owner, I was impressed with the fact Jonathan was quick to assist us today, quick to realize our visit last year, and knew exactly what we wanted. “Exceptional Compassion and Care During a Heartbreaking Time
I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Johnson and the entire staff at Banfield Pet Hospital inside the PetSmart on Glenway. We recently had to make the incredibly difficult decision to euthanize our beloved 14-year-old dog, Carter. From the moment we walked in, the team displayed extraordinary compassion and empathy.
Dr. Johnson's gentle and understanding approach made a devastating situation slightly more bearable. She allowed me to stay with Carter until he peacefully fell asleep, providing comfort to both him and me. While I couldn't bear to witness the final moments of the euthanization, I know that Carter was treated with the utmost respect and care.
Carter was a cherished member of our family for 12 years, and the void he's left is immense. The staff at Banfield truly understood the depth of our loss, and their kindness was invaluable during this painful time.
While the loss is profound and I've decided not to adopt another pet, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Johnson and the Banfield team on Glenway to anyone seeking compassionate and professional veterinary care. Their dedication to both pets and their owners is truly remarkable. Thank you for helping us navigate such a difficult moment.”
