United Dairy Farmers (UDF) operates over 175 locations that include ice cream parlors, convenience stores, and gas stations. Customers appreciate the convenience of the U-Drive program, which offers savings on gas and everyday purchases inside the store. The stores are known for their wide variety of products, including premium coffee, farm-fresh dairy items, and hand-dipped ice cream treats, making it a popular spot for quick stops. Visitors often enjoy the friendly service and clean facilities, with many noting the consistent quality of the products and the cleanliness of restrooms and shelves. However, experiences with staff can vary. While some customers mention professional and welcoming employees, others have faced unprofessional attitudes, such as concerns over appearance or dismissive behavior when requesting specific products like menthol cigarettes. Despite these occasional issues, the majority of reviews highlight the helpfulness of staff, with instances of kindness, like a staff member giving free slushes to cheer up a young girl. Customers also value the 24-hour availability, which is especially helpful for late-night needs after work. Long wait times for ice cream are common, but overall, UDF is seen as a reliable, clean, and convenient place for quick shopping, fueling, and ice cream treats. Attention to pricing accuracy could improve the customer experience.
I keep coming back because the night shift crew is a good group of people. I work 3rd shift so that level of positivity when I start my day is fantastic.

I love this UDF and come here often but I must say the online ordering is a fail. I've used it to order milkshakes a few times, since it takes forever to order them in store, but I still always have to wait because they either didn't notice the order came through or didn't notice I ordered two of something.
