The only thing about this store is they only have 1 or 2 people checking out people. When I went in there was 1 person doing the cashier and ice cream side.

The new hire on the ice cream side is very friendly and did an amazing job!! We got the chocolate shake, strawberry shake, & the buckeye shake and they were probably the best milkshakes we have ever had . They were thick , cold & tasty!!

These two Texas ladies had such a fun experience at UDF in Florance KY. Jonathan our ice cream expert was so patient and personable. I had a peach milkshake, and my friend had a dip of chocolate-carmel and vanilla creamy goodness, and it was amazing.
