“I was so impressed with this location, the store is so well organized and clean. You absolutely can't beat the prices, but with this location you don't have to deal with the chaos typically associated with off-brand price stores. And to top it off, the staff are so helpful and kind. Shawn, the store manager, was walking around making sure patrons were finding everything they were looking for, and the check-out staff were friendly and thoughtful with packing up breakable items. I will definitely be back!”

“Love this place! They have major discounts and literally a factory size building full of things to choose from ? i can walk out of there with a Gap bag (pretty big if you havent seen them) full and have spent $100 or less. Im talking like 20 items of clothes. That includes jeans, joggers, shorts, tanks, tee shirts, bras, belts & hats. They also have tons of seasonal swim suits/coats , sandals, underwear, socks, accessories, etc., Its hard not to buy even more with how cheap everything is! The best part is generally theres nothing wrong with the items, once and a while you'll find a defect, otherwise it seems to be mostly overstock. All clothings types are stocked, men, women & children. Happy hunting!”
“I’m usually not fond of going clothes shopping with the missus but this store I can relate to! They have a great selection of Carhartt, hunting apparel and workwear that I look forward to checking out . And the last time we were there she couldn’t get over how different and nice everything is now.”
“This is a great store! Every time I've gone there, the people behind the counter have been smiling, friendly, and helpful. I have never recieved a product that was defective or disappointing. I usually buy their glass, and have never gotten home dissatisfied. Every time I go in there, they have cool new glass, and I go there a lot! They have beautiful water pieces that function really well. And they have a huge variety, so there is always something for everyone. The price of their glass is also so much better than if you got the same pieces shipped to your house. I got 2 things and paid less than 17 dollars, about 1/3 of what I would have paid for the same things online. I go to Florence Mall just for this store. This is my favorite place to get glass. I recommend this store to everyone I know. I had another great experience in this store the other day and felt the need to share a review.”
“I’ve been to this boot barn many of times and I’ve never had a bad experience. I came in today on a Wednesday afternoon looking for a hat. I was told at checkout that the employees who shape the hats weren’t there today and weren’t going to be there until Friday. I live over an hour away so I was on the fence. I needed it for the weekend so I was hoping for a miracle. The manager went out of her way to text one of the employees to see if she could come in and shape it real quick. The employee said yes! Great experience. Made my whole day. Everyone in that store needs a raise!”

I've bought gifts, jewelry, t-shirts, and home decor items. Bought the sweetest muslin blanket for my new nephew!! Looking forward to shopping there for Christmas! It was my first visit to a store and was pleasantly surprised it wasn't like the two torrid stores I visited that didn't have hardly anything I saw online in stock. The ladies in the store seemed nice and the vibe was positive as well. I'm definitely going to be visiting again and think this may be my go to store for inexpensive clothes, shoes and accessories that's a whole lot more stylish than other stores that costs way more.”
“I went to the store to return a dress that I purchased online and was given a coupon for $5 off anything to use in store within the next 3 hours. That motivated me to shop, and I did end up purchasing something! That is a great concept to get people to keep shopping. The employees were very helpful and friendly, too. “Place was nice and clean, organized, customer service was on point. Couple of younger guys helping customers, a guy named Ryan I believe was in charge, I saw him getting on one of the younger guys for telling a customer they had something when he hadn't yet checked. You can tell dude really cares about his job. He helped me with everything I needed, ended up copping 3 pairs of Nikes while I was there (AF1, Air Max, Dunks), and he showed me some love for the fact that they no longer keep High top AF1s in stock when I told him I'd order them online. I've been here a million times over the years but this trip really stuck out. 5 stars.”

“Ive loved f.y.e. for years; just always caters to my quirky needs. This store is a great one. Ive always encountered helpful staff, store always has sales and programs going, and most products have been worth the money. I did buy some undergarments from Herr that disagreed with my skin. If you like anime horror or video game themed items easy place to shop for yourself or people you know who like these types of items. If you feel nostalgia then check out the dvds and cds.”
