“This was my experience with Fortner Propane: If customer service was an Olympic event Fortner Propane in Cadiz, Kentucky would bring home the Gold. The delivery driver was at our home in less than 3hrs to fill our tank after my wife called, he was very respectful, knowledgeable, and a very good representative of Fortner. Just a great guy with a sincere eager to please attitude, which is rare today. We struck up a conversation while the tank was being filled, we are now on a first name basis, and I consider the guy not just my propane man, but a friend now as well. “I only go to this store for my gas and whatever I need for convenience because it's clean and the employees are super nice and helpful... Definitely the best place to stop in this whole area!”
“Easy I-24 access. Women's bathroom was clean with one stall out of order. There was a good selection of drinks, candies and snacks. Total of 12 gas pumps. Six pumps on either side of the convenient store.”

“We just stopped in on our way back from Florida heading home to Minnesota to get gas, bathroom and most importantly buy a Kentucky Post Card. Teresa is a super nice and friendly worker!! I bought a post card that I needed to send my grandson - asked if there was somewhere close to mail. She said “if you fill it out and it’s ready to be mailed, that she personally would mail it for me today!!! WOW SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you Teresa!”
