I purchased Shipley's tournament kit, which included a right-handed Genesis bow, a Gold Ring hardcase, and six arrows, which was well below the price of those items purchased separately elsewhere. To my surprise, Mandy arranged for a relative to transport the kit to me in Murray Kentucky, saving me $20 in shipping costs (or a 40 mile drive from Murray to Cadiz). But the customer service got even better from there. In addition, my grandson soon discovered that due to an emerging eye condition, he was not able to focus his dominant eye and required switching out to a left-handed bow to accommodate, which Shipley's did with no additional costs, restocking fees, or hassle. I do not know these people and I am not affiliated with them in any manner, I just wanted to emphasize their outstanding customer service.”
