That is a call you never want to get from your child that is currently 3 states away. We called A & D and Derrick was a true blessing. He immediately got up and went to help them. He made sure that they were safe in a hotel and the next morning went and got them in his personal vehicle to take them to get a U-Haul. In this day and time it is so hard to find such caring people. “Just bought our first motorhome and was the first trip in our 2012 Tiffin Phaeton. Second day on the road ... about 7 pm .. we broke down on the interstate. Found Matthew who came right out and diagnosed the problem. Alternator and missing Serpentine belt. 38 hrs later due to parts availability...Matthew had us up and running. Can't thank him enough!
