“Called Ben with an issue. He said to come on up and he would get me into shop. Arrived and was inside shop with a mechanic within 2 minutes. Got an honest assessment about issue and problem was fixed. It was an engine piston cooling oil command module that was unplugged while replacing the starter two days prior at another shop. I had not noticed it when I inspected the starter. Throwing codes up to Illinois. They COULD have told me to replace it, charged me 1000 bucks and just plugged old one in. Instead, plugged it in and didn't charge me for that particular issue. Anyway...honest mechanic and good customer service. If you have issues with your truck and you can make it to Carbondale Il....these guys are trustworthy.”

“E-Z towing is officially GOATED!! 🙌🏾Kayne sent Matt and T- money (Tyler) to rescue us after we got the truck stuck in the yard (Because driving in the yard after it rains in Reidland is so smart 😀) They also helped us get the U-haul and our Harley out of the mud, too (we were trying to load it in the u- haul) They were incredible sweet and didn't complain. They were wet and dirty, still smiling. God Bless you all. Thank you, again, for everything!”

Over this past year he has worked on my brothers jeep, my friends car, and now mine after getting backed into… he had my car door completely repaired in 3 days & completely detailed my car to compliment the deal. “While their bathroom is small and isn't ideal for someone in a wheelchair, I still choose to give Randys a 5 star rating. They are a body shop and not a place of casual gathering for all. Still, the staff is wonderful. They are always professional and kind. They keep you well informed. They do their best to get OEM parts for their customer and give you all the information you need in case you need to take it up with your insurance provider.
I only have 2 small complaints. The waiting room and bathroom isn't ideal for a wheelchair user. The other being I want their dog and somehow, I don't think they will allow me to take it home with me. Their dog is so friendly.”

“Truly incredible service and willingness to help in a tough situation. We had a trailer issue where one of our wheel bearings seized up on the highway.
