“Love this place never going anywhere else! Used to go to walmart and it took like 2.5 hours, this place is so fast, friendly and efficient it takes like 10 minutes for a full oil change, and while they are doing that they manage to fill up your tires, clean your windshield and reset your oil light. Kind of feels like you’re on a racetrack and they are your pit crew. They tell you about other services that will improve your car, but they aren’t pushy and don’t recommend things that are unnecessary which I appreciate.”

“Back when I first got my first VW, our local parts stores were no friends of mine. They absolutely never had the parts in stock for any euro cars whatsoever. Now here in the good year of 2024 you can get quite a bit of parts here and it not drain your bank. If you carried Japanese parts for decades you can carry European parts to!!! See how that works?! Very helpful couple of dudes here. There are 3 guys working at this location that have been here a long time and you can almost guarantee yourself the correct part of you give them good information.”
“I purchased a new battery for a company truck and the associate that helped me was never asked or anything but was kind enough to take the time to change the battery for me so as to not be charged a core. The gentleman was kind and done a great job cleaning up my very dirty corroded battery terminals and compartment to extend the life of the battery. I wish I would of caught the guys name because he deserves a raise for being a model employee that cares about the customer.Edit: Brian B was the associate that done a wonderful job putting my new battery in, thank you Brian”

“Communication was horrible. I had to call to find that my part that had been ordered over a month had come in. They said they would call me back with an appointment, I waited 5 days and had to call them to get an appointment. I called to see if car was done and he said it should be done on Monday. I called Monday afternoon, and they said my liaison was out and he would call me tomorrow. I told them that he said it should be done Monday and I don’t want to wait until Tuesday to get my car. She found someone who checked on it and said it was done at the body shop and they had to pick it up. He said I could around 4 or 5 to get it. The paint job was great but their communication has a lot to be desired. They have someone fielding their service calls who knows nothing about service and tells you inaccurate info.”
