customer service is terrible. we greeted them with a smile and we were kind. they did not treat us the same, hardly spoke to us, and when they did they had an attitude.

Do business elsewhere! They dont care! Called multiple times this am, finally after numerous calls, Erin answers, says can you hear me, i answer multiple times yes, all the while she is talking to a coworker about hours she is working then puts me on hold, i call back, she answers again stating Can i put you on hold, i say no, she said, well im with another customer, she puts me on hold, i hang up. This pharmacy needs a complete overhaul and customer service eqiuttite.
Yesterday my DR sends script to this Cold Spring location, prior to me leaving my appt. Get automated text, read received script not ready.
2 hrs later, receive text RX not available, pharmacy has to order, to be available by 2pm next day. This morning, receive text, received new rx do you want it filled? Call pharmacy and confirm. Its the same script from yesterday.It's an antibiotic for an uri, I have asthma, I'm so sob and not comfortable. The customer service is horrible, wait times for meds is longer than necessary, waiting over 24 hrs for meds is a delay in care. Pharmacy board should be notified. Asking if I still want the rx. No, I went to my healthcare professional for a day off! What an asinine question to ask. Not sure if Walmart is any better, I switched years ago because of delay with medications. Maybe the new Publix will have a pharmacy.

I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but every time I have come in the staff is so rude and dismissive. Will be finding another pharmacy asap. There is absolutely no reason to treat people the way they do.

My wife’s prescription was sent there by mistake from the Dr’s office calling it in to the wrong location.
We don’t go there due to continuous horrible service.
My wife recently called for 2-days attempting to get her prescription moved, but they neglect to answer the phone.
I have no idea how Kroger even justifies keeping this pharmacy open.
What a shame.

The staff are always rude and make you out to be the problem if you ask a question regarding your script. I have been using this pharmacy for years and will now go elsewhere because of the repeated bad customer service. The overall experience is terrible. I do not recommend the Cold Spring location.

I do not have drug insurance. For many years now, Krogers has helped me reduce my high drug prices. I have several drugs I have to have. I have EPI, endocrine pancreatic insufficiency. The bottom line is pancreas isn’t able to break things down, digest them, without Cholestipol I could not be anywhere but the bathroom. I have several other drugs. To get to the point, I’ve been getting my Cholestipol for around $33.00 a month. Last month, I went to pick it up and it was nearly $100.00. I said this can’t be right. I questioned the pharmacy. She said it’s right .
I said you need to tell me why this would jump
3 X what it has been all this time. Another person asked me if I had been on Kroger’s RX program. I said yes. He said they canceled it. Well I couldn’t argue with them I needed my medication. They told me to check with Good RX. So this month, July, I came in with all my good RX amounts, The price remained the same and they do not match prices. So I did what I had said I would do. I went to Walgreens down the street and they had several options and prices.
I have several other scripts. I had done what they told me to do with Good RX. So I said just send my script to Walgreens down the street. They said I would have to have Walgreens call them. Walgreens filled my scripts so much cheaper.
They were great. Their prices on average was a a third of what Kroger’s was.
NOW …. THIS IS WHAT I HAVE TO SAY..
KROGERS… SHAME ON YOU FOR DROPPING YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE HAD FOR YEARS!
EVERY TIME I WENT INTO KROGERS, I ALWAYS, ALWAYS DID SOME SHOPPING THERE. There will probably be many more people just like me.
They gave me no notice about canceling their RX program.
I hope anyone that is going through this, just transfers all of their scripts somewhere else.
There are several Good RX prices pharmacies in this area. Show Kroger’s they made a
BIG MISTAKE !!!

Very rude, conflicting information, and the line is always long. Who is managing this place? It’s honestly horrible. They have NO customer service skills once so ever. There’s been one guy who’s always been polite and that’s about it.

Fastest vaccine east of the Mississippi! Excellent professional service and a friendly attitude from Rebecca, the coolest pharmacist I have ever met. Talked me through the process and explained the best choices. She wouldn’t tell me her technicians’ names, I think because she thought I’d say something weird, but they were probably cool too!

Simply asked for a certain cake for my daughter's birthday and the lady, with a nasty, grouchy attitude told me she didn't have any. Then she hung up on me. Rude much?
