Always a problem. I call they say it will be ready in 30 minutes, I say ok. I give them a hour and it's still not ready. Don't lie just be honest say it's going to be a hour.

No sense of urgency, hands down the worst pharmacy ever. Nothing is ever straightforward here. Always mistakes and clarifications. Kroger is a great company but this pharmacy needs an overhaul.

Poor service. Rude workers! They tell you prescriptions are ready when they aren't. You call they put you on hold and never come back to phone! Or they keep hanging up on you! Smh. The website isnt up to date on meds
