5 stars because of Annette. She is ALWAYS cool & calm & professional. I know no one likes the pharmacy & it's hard to make that be a great experience (like the DMV!), but Annette always makes it a positive experience. So appreciate her!

Scheduled an appointment for flu vaccine. Get there, and they don't acknowledge me for several minutes. No vaccines in stock, coming on the truck. Serious lack of customer service.
