Todd at the AT&T store was helpful and easy to work with. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes after purchasing my son a new phone. I spent over 3 hours at AT&T on-line trying to do and being rejected in the end, what it took me 30 or less to do at the store.

Todd was extremely friendly and helpful. He was more like talking with a friend than talking to a salesman. He went beyond what he had to to help us. I have already recommended him to several people. I was truly impressed with him and the ability he had to help us through the situation that I was in. He was awesome!!!!!!!!
