Emily is a prime example of what the expectations and standards are for when you're looking for quality customer service. She was AWESOME and I'd say she is clearly quite an asset to your team at your AT&T location in Corbin!
Experience was Quite speedy and easy! The turnaround time was impressive considering a line formed behind us but had no major wait times that were significantly longer than what was expected.
Overall quality visit and backs the reassurance of why we service with AT&T:)

This store located Corbin. I have few concussions about my new account and home internet and the lady work at store her name Emily she is the best and help me quickly about my all account related problems. Wow very happy that AT&T is here ❤️

Molly and the gentleman working with my wife and me were both very patient and professional. The wait time was very long, and some customers left without being able to wait. However, Molly was very courteous, as if we were the only ones in the store!

The AT&T store in Corbin, Kentucky is amazing. The service is always great and they are so friendly. Todd went out of his way to help me and my husband get our new phones and to make sure that everything was downloaded on them before we left. He kept us laughing the entire time. No matter where I lived, I would drive back to Corbin to the AT&T store Because I have better service than any place I’ve ever been! Todd is the best!!!
