“The staff at this branch is amazing. Emily, Ro, Todd, and the rest of the crew are always so pleasant and helpful. My needs are pretty simple, as I'm usually making business deposits, however I have watched them take the time to help people who were confused about their banking and educate them on things that would save them money and fees. If I lived in Covington, this would become my personal bank as well.”

“Just had the best experience I’ve ever had at a bank. I had a couple issues with my accounts not showing up on my app and Rebecca was so helpful in getting everything fixed! We had two different issues and she and another coworker got them both resolved quickly and were both very friendly in the process. I’ve always banked with Fifth Third but I will be coming to this location on 4th street in Covington from now on!”
“Update: they finally figured out that the card caddy app was fowling everything up. It took about a year to fix but at least it’s fixed. I was not looking forward to changing my personal and business accounts to another bank.
While the people here are great there are 11 spots to park and all full with one person in the branch. I did see an entourage of people walk in to the meeting room while I waited but if employees are parking in the lot and I am paying to park I have an issue with that. Might need to find a new location to deal with.
