“My interaction with Superior Credit Union - University was outstanding. I actually stopped to make a quick withdrawal and ended up staying there over an hour updating my accounts. It all started because of the unsolicited but gladly received education on account options from the teller, a very pleasant and zealous young lady, assisting me. My education started with her at drive through teller (I never got her name but my transaction receipt says this 0481 at 1:55pm). First she took care of my pressing business. She was spot on! My education continued after my transaction was ended with Mr. Lee Pennekamp and Mr. Samuel Young. They finished my education and got me through the account upgrades. The education was so good that I spent more time talking with Mr. Pennekamp and Mr. Young. Upon arrival home I explained it to my lovely wife what I had done and she was glad to hear how Superior was looking out for us versus the treatment we’ve gotten from Banks. Thank you.”

“Unlike some Banks and Credit Unions, a real live person actually answers the phone at Spring Valley Bank. Today, that is truly uncommon. Moreover, if you make a physical appearance, an associate is very quick to acknowledge you and assist with your banking needs. Let me contrast that with GECU. If you call any of their branches, you are immediately placed on hold for what seems to be an eternity. Want to go to one of their branches? You will be greeted by someone in front which I liken to a triage at the emergency room. This person "helps" you be directed in the right direction. Want to open a new CD at GECU? Uh oh, do you have an appointment? No. Okay, have a seat and go die on the vine. Let's compare CD rates at this writing. GECU, one year jumbo pays 4.75%; Spring Valley Bank 11 month, $10,000 minimum pays 5.4%. Bottom line: Go to Spring Valley Bank today and you will be wowed.”

My only issue is the mobile app is always under maintenance, and when I need to access my money, I can't. It's especially difficult being stationed overseas. My cards decline when the app is undergoing maintenance. Please fix!!!”
“I was here because of some over drafted fee. I wasnt notice that all my bills are drafted on the same day after holiday and got charged for it. I was greeted by Janina, she was very helpful and understanding. She quickly removed my charge and show me some options to prevented future charge. Very please with this location. “I've been with Stock Yards Bank most of my life. First in Louisville and now in Cincinnati. They combine modern techniques with old fashioned customer service. Their branches are small, and their employees take the time to get to know their customers. I don't go in terribly often but the staff always knows who I am and has a welcoming smile on their face. Even better, they waive ATM fees! Whenever I've dealt with loans or other issues, their management has always been top-notch in making sure that every detail is taken care of. They don't try to upsell me on their other products, either. Very customer focused!”
