“Wow. Just wow. This ice cream is incredible. The mix in chucks are HUGE in the best way! I had s'mores and it was the best smore's ice cream I have ever had! The sprinkle dipped cone was delicious as well. I wish we had a Graeter's in Texas! I will dream about this ice cream for a long time!”

“Love the ambiance here. The place look warming and welcome despite the rundown parking lot. I love that they have quite a variety of flavors, also ice cream cake and pint for convenience sake. The service was great, the employees were help with choosing the flavor. The place look clean, so the employees must be on top of cleaning duty, which is such a big plus. Love them!”

“We stopped into the new location across from 50 West and we would rate this place 1000 stars if we could! Not only are the caramels to die for (they will 1000% add sunshine to your life even on the dreariest of days), but the owner, Cara, was the sweetest human! Her personality is pure sunshine! I highly recommend Sunshine Caramels, you will not be disappointed!!”
“The best ice cream parlor in the Cincinnati area since Battenwood's in 1980s Covington. I usually don't like ice cream all that much, but I did enjoy this Graeter's. It's especially enjoyable after you see a movie next door, and in my opinion on a rainy day as well. Mariemont has a very similar feel to Winnetka, Illinois, which is why I have always enjoyed it so much, and this Graeter's is definitely a big part of that enjoyment.”
“This is the friendliest place in town. After a few times visiting the store, they remembered my name and always greet me by such. There has never been an issue with anyone over anything and I'm in there twice a day almost everyday. They always remember and greet folks by their names. If u pay cash you might want to take a moment to introduce yourself, as I'm sure you can't be addressed by name if no one knows ur name. And as for racists, I think not.”
“Pretty good place. They have a large variety of candies, chocolates, etc. that's perfect for giving as a birthday gift, graduation gift or just as a "thank you" gift. I also like the cashier- she was super friendly and you bet i'll be back here again whenever I have time to.”

“I was greeted in the evening by nice employee who told me where I can park and stay the night I also checked in super early in the receiving person in Jerome is the man he actually unloaded me super early which kept me on schedule for the day can't say enough about this place I appreciate the kindness the hospitality and the fact they unloaded me hours early”
“Freezing cold weather and this place was super popping. After eating the ice cream I can see why it's so popular. I had the salted caramel and the person who helped me recommended, they did not steer me wrong. The ice cream had so much flavor I was sad I couldn't get another scoop. I can't wait to come back to Cincinnati in May, Graeter's will for sure be a stop for me.”
“Had a great experience with this candy store despite starting off on the wrong foot. After looking at dozens of websites, high and low, for my mom's favorite candy that she's been eating for decades but is becoming increasingly hard to find, I finally found a listing for it and its other flavors on their website. After reading some reviews and checking out their Facebook page, I decided to go ahead with a large order...only to realize that her favorite flavor was actually out of stock and that I had ordered the wrong flavor, which she will not eat.As this order was placed on a Saturday, I was not able to reach customer support until the following Monday. After the weekend and weathering some maternal rage, I got through to customer support first thing in the morning. Not only was I immediately connected to a real, live person, but she is in charge of their live chat support as well and could not have been kinder. She informed me that they had already canceled the order per an e-mail which I had sent on Saturday, despite their returns policy against cancellations and modifying orders after they have been placed - because it had not yet shipped. Thank heavens - that was a lot of money.If you want to support a small business and are looking for your favorite candy online at great prices, I could not recommend them more highly. If they do end up getting my mom's favorite candy flavor back in stock, I'll be sure to order from them for real. :)”

“inLove this candy store. They do NOT ACCEPT FOODSTAMPS. However, they have decent prices, u can't ask for the price to be too low, everyone needs to be able to make money. I understand, and I appreciate the deals they do provide such as a 5 pound bag of sour gummy worms for only $12.50Also, they have the rare hard to find,ZACKARY COMPANIES' VANILLA CREAM DROPS! I believe they cost $10 for a 3 pound bag. They have dark chocolate flavored Vanilla cream drops as well, not on my grocery list. Not a fan of dark chocolate, but to each their own!Visit this candy store which is located on Court Street downtown Cincinnati.”
“This is the neatest candy shop I've ever been to. They have candy from all over the world, and a huge selection with a visually appealing setup. The cashier was nice and answered my questions about bulk candy ingredients. They have a decent selection of vegan options. And they have a loyalty program. It was so exciting and I wanted to look at everything. I felt like a kid in a candy shop!”
