“Great customer service in store and when I purchase online.I had asked about a particular lip balm carried in store but I didn't see it online Unfortunately I live about 3 and a half hrs away..they graciously sent me a lip balm with my order..to which I was very surprised and so happy about.Amazing clean products.I have only been to the Covington store but it smells so refreshing inside Definitely one of my favorite stores.”

“I purchased a couple Ohio Drink Local glasses from a local shop several years ago. I use them A LOT.... but the state decal came off and I was super bummed. I contact customer service wondering about any warranty. THEY SENT ME TWO NEW GLASSES! I totally didn't expect that. They certainly went above and beyond. Defiantly ordering more products from them.
