“My experience with Royal Pawn has been limited to using them as an FFL. They do a fine job with that. They're prompt, courteous, friendly, and helpful. Their handling fees are quite reasonable. I have no complaints, at all.”
“Andrew was excellent to deal with. Accommodated my weird schedule and got my order in fast and was a commensurate professional. online catalogue is updated, and the prices beat all the other stores in the area. easy to contact without having to make a phone call. Will be happily doing business with them again in the future.”
“I highly recommend doing business at this gun store. The owner Aaron is a great guy and his staff is always nice and accommodating. Any time I have something shipped there they call right when it arrives. If you're in the business of class 3 or NFA items, they are awesome with that. He'll get you set right up, and everything is always on the up and up. Great small business. If you see this sign, you're in the right place.”
“I been shopping with them for a few years now. First time doing business with them I sold some gold and silver. They had great rates friendly treated me as if i been doing business with them for years . Then I started buying guns from them, again very knowledgeable. They took time to help my find something I liked instead of making me feel like they was trying to make a sell. I would highly recommend to anyone. Especially anybody new to buying gold, silver and or guns.”
“Stringtown is a great small business. Friendly, courteous, and always opening with integrity. I've used them for FFL transfers but also observed their interactions with other customers. Good folks who deserve our business.”
“I have come to the realization that I've been handing out 5 star ratings like they are participation trophies, and I feel like that is unfair and unrealistic in life when you are comparing businesses of similar product. It devalues the rating system. Moving forward, I will only be giving 5 stars to the utmost deserving of such. With that in mind, I couldn't help but give the guys of Triggers a 5 star rating. To have the ability to walk into a store and not be hassled by salesmen is a blessing in today's day and age. Not only was it a natural exchange of my curiosity, wants, and needs to the staff, but no product was "pushed" on me. I'm a sig guy (I know that comes with a lot of criticism, but I like what I like), and I was looking for something of the p226 quality at a price that seemed fair. I was then pointed towards every single sig in stock. Not a glock, canik, s&w, but something I knew I genuinely wanted. I ended up going with a p229 pro with a deltapoint pro at a price that was more than fair. The guys here listened to me and answered any questions I had (curiosity is what typically leads a 30-minute visit to a 2 hour visit because I can talk about firearms all day long). I visited two other stores this day, but unfortunately the price was not right on their products. Triggers is now my first go-to when it comes to browsing for my collection, and I highly suggest you make it yours as well.”
“Excellent customer service and high quality used guns, the owner or owners (theres 3 guys) where a blast to talk to, very knowledgable of all products in store. If your in the market for new or used weapon look no further than a1, they got the guns lol i like to support veteran ran businesses, if your in florence stop in their shop take a look. Have a blessed day and for the owners ill see you soon for my next round, i was the big bald headed guy that came in the other day.”
“It’s weird that I see many bad reviews about this place. I have been going to Marks for years and I have never felt “not welcome” like one guy said in his review. The owner is almost always the only one working and he is as nice as can be. Never seen anyone get turned away or treated differently. And all the reviews about prices being to high, are all from around the year 2020, and anyone who has been into firearms knows that around 2020 the price of ammo and gun for that matter sky rocketed, because the supply just wasn’t there and the demand for ammo was high. I will be honest and say yes the prices on the firearms they sell at marks are high because he deals with quality firearms, and he’s running a local business. And no one is making you buy anything. If you think you can find it cheaper then go find it cheaper, but don’t get online and try and make other people not want to shop there just because your having a bad day or don’t have the money to spend. SMH some people are never happy. I’ve been going there to use the range for about 7 years now and I love it there. He’s very lenient on your time, hell one time I only paid for 30 mins and I know for a fact I was in there shooting for over an hour. 5 star local gun shop. And the guy knows everything about firearms, and will answer any questions you have about firearms. Support local businesses!!!!”
“I went to this location after I received my gun license. They was very helpful in explaining what type of bullets to use. In addition to other information about gun laws. I purchased a gun and bullets and was very satisfied. Very Friendly Employee. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family members.”
“Loads of things—lots of sales as well! Super big but my only issue was how dirty the fitting rooms were. No chairs and VERY dim lighting. Ended up not trying on the pants as the room was dusty but overall loads of things to buy.”
“I purchased a theremin, which is a kind of obscure musical instrument that uses interrupted electromagnetic fields to create sound. It’s kind of like an actual air guitar. Anyway, it was a great deal. The family that runs this shop runs like a family business should. They were decent, honest, friendly, and gave me a good deal. I highly recommend them.”
