“The guy at the counter was sooooo helpful & they had all the parts we needed. We couldn’t find the fittings we needed anywhere else. To fix it to Duke Energy specs we had to have specific fittings. Well done Keidel. I highly recommend them!”
“Was so glad that I drove from Lexington, KY to Florence to work with Jennifer Griggs!! Excellent service, she made time to work with me even though I didn't have an appointment. We remodeled 3 Full Bathrooms and she was wonderful every step of the way! Even had to return a soaker tub I wasn't happy with the size. She quickly helped me find a replacement - Ended up with the Naomi by Barclay! It is FABULOUS!!! Holds heat for over 30 minutes and is wonderful!!!! If you are looking for a soaker tub I would consider looking at this one!! I am very picky about my soaker tub!!!! Will work with Jennifer again on our next project.”

“This place is absolutely amazing! They made the whole process super easy. You walk in the door and you are greeted very warmly. And it is a big decision and they do not rush you. They were very prompt and getting out to get the measurements. And in a few short weeks, you’ll have new countertops. They came and installed the countertops and were very professional and polite. They did a fantastic job and my husband and I are very pleased with them. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family!”
“Excellent business! Matt LonnemanSpecialized Plumbing Parts Supply Was a pleasure to work with. My 1950's plumbing was leaking, I needed help diagnosing the stems I had taken out to repair. Matt knew exactly that the parts I needed were for Crane. I did the whole repair myself with a rebuild kit. Great prices, stocks hard to find items. I fixed my hot, cold and shower diverter. The kit came with the handles and everything. If you ever need to replace Crane bathtub and shower fixtures the hot and cold is standard plumbers wrench. The shower diverter was a challenge. I tried everything and what worked was a long 1 1/16 socket and socket wrench. I'm super excited my shower/bath is repaired and usable. I would definitely return and recommend Matt LonnemanSpecialized Plumbing Parts Supply.”

“Just moved to the area and was at Lowe's and saw this store next door and decided to see if they had rugs. They have great rugs with great prices and every other thing you would ever need for your home decor! I got a standing TP holder for $12! (Went to Walmart later and the TP stands were $26 there!) I got everything on my list At Home! I would suggest to the manager to order some magnet hooks and stock them near the pot holders! I'll be back!”
