“I rarely leave reviews but when asked to rate my experience today I was more than happy to do so. I came in to the office in Latonia, Ky today to get some information about renting one or more storage units for our business. Had planned to visit more than one business to compare prices and services. But after my experience today with Brandon, the store manager, I know this will definitely be my storage business of choice. Brandon was not like a salesman looking to make a buck, he educated me far beyond what I was expecting. He took time to show me 3 different size options, explaining the pros and cons of each, and fully explained pricing options, and I truly felt he was helping me find exactly what i needed. After speaking with my team, we will be doing business here. Brandon is a very personable and engaging person. I will enjoy doing business here.”
“Clean, convenient, safe and reliable! I absolutely love this location! I reserve my unit online and when I got there it was already cleaned out and my lock with key was inside waiting for me! The 5 X 5 was exactly what I needed . The store manager Robert is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made me feel welcomed and reassured me that he runs a well maintained and safe location for all his customers and our belongings. I look forward to doing business with him.”
“The space is very clean and well maintained. They are pretty quick to respond to questions or issues if needed. Convenient location…the cost does reflect that…but it’s very easy to get in and out of whenever needed. They do a good job.”

There was no comparison to the customer service we received from Devon, the on-site GM, as he showed us the actual unit (12W x 35L x 10H) we'd be renting and patiently answered our questions. “The on site manager is absolutely amazing she made accommodations for me in every possible way she even allowed me to test fit the vehicle I was storing and made sure that it fit in the unit I was looking at honest to god if you need a place to store anything and everything this is the place to go for sure”

“I was so impressed with bobcat storage. They were very kind and handled any issues we had very quickly. The office was actually open when it said it would be unlike a storage unit that was a bit closer to us. Also there prices are very reasonable. I would and have recommended them to friends.”
“We were here for 3 years and they were absolutely wonderful. Only one minor rate increase that entire time. Staff was very helpful and willing to jump in with any issues we had. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone! We’re honestly sad to be moving and leaving them.”

“I booked online, using the easy intuitive system. Came with receipt to find some one had dumped their stuff in my brand newly rented unit! CJ, the site manager, handled that terrible situation (an irresponsible outside contractor had just dumped their unwanted items) so that I was able to complete my move on schedule!
