“This place has the cheapest tubes and tobacco i could find. Last time i went i asked the guy if he had gambler menthol because it wasn't on the shelf. He proceeded to check every box and everywhere he could. He said he was going to check in the back and me thinking i know it's not some magical 'has everything' kind of place in the back i told him it's ok and i could get something else. He said, "no no, let me check. It'll only take a minute". Then the last working there came out asking if he's checked other places. Ended up not having any but the determination to try and find me a bag was appreciated.”
“They always have the weird brand cigarettes my wife smokes. They don't really have the bulk bag black Cavendish I use but I go there a lot anyways. Everyone is nice enough, the only improvement would be for them to create a carton picker stick to pull down the ones up high, sometimes the short people have to get the person at the next register to grab down what I need. If I worked there I would make us one but since I'm paying I just watch it unfold, lol.”

I simply wanted to exchange the item but instead I had to contact the company whom sold the product myself. This is why I was kindly upset .
