I’m a sailor and gone have the year so I’ve been buying bulk of whatever I need every few months for the past 5ish years. They’re happy to reach out to suppliers on my behalf and get items that they normally don’t stock. That level of customer service is rare these days. They’ve earned my lifelong business.”
