Needed an extra day and was able to obtain it by calling the store. The whole process was easy and streamlined. Thank you U-Haul!!!

Found the location easily, even though I was not familiar with the area. Vehicle pick up and drop off process was fast & efficient. Staff was helpful and friendly. I'd recommend this location to anyone needing to rent a Uhaul vehicle in the northern KY area.

It's always scary renting a U-Haul because so many locations try to screw you over. My rental at this location couldn't have gone more perfectly. The staff were extremely nice and helpful and there were no hidden charges when I was finished with my move. I will be back!
