My daughter and I took a trip to IKEA, had unexpected purchases and needed a truck, it was very convenient to book online late in the day for next day pickup, the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely use this facility again.

Got a 15ft truck, gentleman inside assisted with the process as best as possible. (Guy overseeing a few stores in NKY area) Really smooth and great service.
