If I could leave zero starts I would. They had my mail from the DMV for 72 days and it got sent back to the dmv as undeliverable while I was receiving mail during that time. The DMV said the address was correct on the mail and due to that I lost my license and my job, due to not able to get there, because I didn’t get my mail and get the papers filled out and sent back and of course they’re not taking responsibility for it after I have proof they had my mail for 72 days. They just keep closing the case without contacting me personally for the information on the case and saying “we reviewed and see no mail was held”….that not what the case is about Im getting really sick of this. Something needs to be done and it needs to be done about it now

This location does not answer phone calls. I was looking to filing a complaint with my neighbors mail being put into my very obviously labeled and numbered mailbox while my neighbors mailbox is literally right next door with their own specificity numbered and obvious mailbox. It’s lazy for whoever is mailing on east 10th street to blatantly just fill my mailbox with a neighbors mail. It was sensitive documents and that’s so dangerous and neglectful. This happened June 04 2025 prior to 10 am. This is not acceptable. Please please please, think about taking shortcuts with people’s information that could lead to very dangerous situations in the wrong hands. There’s no excuse on being confused on where it should have been placed, when there are indicators everywhere. This postal office needs work.

Pair the post office down there for some reason every time I get a package has got insurance on it. It says it’s delivered into my mailbox and it’s not this is the second time this has happened with this post office in Covington so I don’t know if postal workers are stealing the stuff or just delivering it to the wrong address and they keep saying they deliver it when you look, it’s never there And this is the second time this has happened with insured packages. This is ridiculous. Maybe they need to recheck who or haven’t working on these routes to make sure we get our mail I live on Delmar.

Pretty rude staff, unwilling or unable to assist, comicly bad customer service. Laughed at me after being unable to help. So I guess by USPS standards they're top tier

You can’t reach a real person for customer care and their policy cost me time and money. They cost a buisness a future customer as well.

If you are looking for a place for the fingerprinting service, this is the one! The staff member who helped me was very professional and helpful. My hands are usually greasier than other people, so the fingerprinting machines at USPS (which are quite bad) often fail to recognize my fingerprints. The officer who helped me exactly knew how to make the equipment work! If you have a similar issue, consider this place for your fingerprinting.

Hi yes, im resident on bakewell st in Covington, gentlemen delivering on Sunday Oct 1st 2023 OPENED MY FRONT DOOR thats clearly labeled as “apt 1” which i had no packages being delivered to and me EVER and him and i had an altercation where i threw a towel at him while screaming for him to get out my house, once he was chased outside i locked the door he tried opening it telling me to come out and fight and screamed “stupid n*gg*r” at the top of his lungs… im white… and this neighborhood is full of black and latino residents who don’t appreciate racial slurs being screamed out by white folk, and it looks extremely bad on me as he was outside my door.

These folks working here are extremely personable AND personal. A supervisor named Tim is an exceptional example of that statement, and then some! I had a snafu trying to get a certified letter redelivered and Tim was all the way going to bring the mail piece to my house himself after he finished his day, which was early on a Saturday. Talk about dedication to the commitment to satisfy and to honor the USPS.
Sure they have screw-ups, impossible not to, but these postal people strive to correct them and help the public maintain confidence in the system.

Kashiba went above and beyond in helping me with a package that was addressed incorrectly. She was friendly and helpful despite the additional burden I was putting on her. Thank you!

Just called In about an issue with mail being delivered to the wrong building in my apartment complex. The operator who answered the phone was professional, friendly, and resolved my problem in a timely manner. I always like to point out when good customer service is shown and this was exactly that. Way to go! And thank you :)
