“Fantastic customer service. My car had some residue on the roof (it's a sedan), probably from the leaves and pollen that have fallen from the trees. I couldn't get it off on a self-serve car wash, so I paid for their Ultimate Wash ($25). When the car came out, that residue was still on, and I asked them about it. The owner came out and suggested a different sponge - the team got to work, and that stuff came right off! They did a great job, and were super thorough. The inside clean was more than I expected too!I was very impressed. I can't remember the manager's name who introduced himself to me, but I will be back. Great people!”

“After working out some details, this business owner, Cathy, accepted responsibility and did the right thing and is helping me with my windshield. There was some miscommunication initially, and she stepped up as a business owner. The gate was faulty, likely due to the extreme cold temperatures that were present at the time, and it could've happened to anyone. I will continue to park here as I always have as the pricing is as fair as any at CVG. I have also used their valet service and it's very convenient. “First time using the car wash in Wilder. Pulled up expecting to pay the average $20 for a wash, but then noticed a free car wash code if you texted to become a member of Carriage House Express. Did that got a code in 30 seconds or less typed it into the machine and BOOM free car wash. The BEST they offer not the cheapest which kind of surprised me too.Everything is brand new and my car came out shining so definitely will be going back. Once completed I got another code for $2 off my next wash.I am a fan!”

Stopped up here to check it out as I’ve seen lots of changes people outside signs and all that and got a membership absolutely love it 10 out of 10 recommend talked to the gal in the window who was super nice told her about my previous interaction with this place and she assured me it was taken care of. She said a few months ago they got a new manager that knows his stuff and takes care of businessThis place needs help it’s like nobody cares I came to purchase a membership and waited at the gate before I just got 1 wash and left like where’s the people at I guess they didn’t want my money I’m gonna look into blue roo but really hope this location gets what it needs I love how state of the art it is just bad employees”

I swiped my card for five minutes of car wash time, expecting $3 charge (as that’s what it says on machine). I then checked my credit card statement later, come to find out they charged me $10 for five minutes. This was resolved, see above.”

“For me, it was just a matter of convenience to just have someone else knock it out for me. The price was reasonable but then it was very good because you got two free car washes after that. The customer experience was very nice it was friendly. The speed of the detailing was also very reasonable. The quality of the detail was acceptable, however, with a close eye at the details. There are areas where I may have expected a job a little bit more precise. I'm guessing that Precision only comes if you're doing a job on your own personal vehicle”

“I enjoy how open this location is to the surrounding life - reason being, as a woman, while I am cleaning my car at night, I feel safer knowing it isn't secluded and I can be easily seen from the street. However, the vacuum areas does need more lighting. The street lights are used for lighting when it is over 6 feet away. It's uncomfortable not being able to have a clear view of your surroundings. Also, the price is more than worth it and the vacuum does a GREAT job cleaning out your car. Definitely will be returning! Probably during the day though.”
