The only reason I gave it. 4 out of 5 stars is because the dust from the concrete floor can sometimes become airborne with all the sliding of your items and bins. Other than that 4.5 out of 5”

“Rented a second unit in Newport KY in a rush and the service was amazing. Had to stop in because I couldn’t complete my rental on my phone ATM and the employee who called me, Bri, was right there to log me in and show me around. Paul was also super helpful and was there to assist while training Bri.
The next day with my movers, I got turned around finding my new unit in the complex and ran into Bri again. Without hesitation she stopped to help and walk us exactly where we needed to be.

“I don't think I have ever been happier with a Storage Facility. I moved in a couple months ago after my dissatisfaction at another storage facility. I must say this facility is absolutely amazing! First: The ease of the website, I have no issues what-so-ever when accessing the online portal. Second: The facility is absolutely one of the cleanest that I have ever seen. It even smells clean. No debris, no disgusting bathrooms. Non-working gates or doors. Just functional. Third: The price! The prices of the units is amazing! Lastly, Callie is an absolute gem. He truly helped me to navigate a stressful move and was friendly, knowledgable, and genuinely helpful. I love that he remembers my name when I come in and he's always cheerful and pleasant. “This is what every shipper and receiver should be!!! Appointment was for 7am, they took me at midnight the night before. Unloaded in less than half an hour, and they allow overnight parking! This place is amazing. I absolutely would deliver here again.”
“When you find something that is great share so others can experience it as well. I found Bearcat storageand Im impressed!! I was able to go online find the storage and rent it online. The first month is free! Then Denise or Lois called to provide clear and concise instructions on how to use the entrance and exits codes. They have carts inside and safe places to store them after your use. They even provided a brand new lock and set of keys for you. The next step made them not only really good, but great! The lock provided was in heavy duty plastic case and they had already cut it open!!! How many of us think of bringing scissors for that purpose. “This is my first time using a storage unit and I'm already loving it here. I'm clumsy and lost my lock inside my unit lol well Ruthie and her team noticed I was without a lock and was concerned for my safety so they put a red lock on it and called me right away. They said to come in office my next visit and they'll unlock it for me.
Well I did that and tried to look for my lock inside and couldn't! I completely forgot to tell them and it was after hours... a few days later they called me and said they placed a lock there and sent me a combination for it. I'm so grateful because as a mom of 5 I couldn't really afford another lock for another week or so . So I'm so appreciative of their professionalism and most of all CARE. Thank you again miss Ruthie !!”

“The process to get the unit was quick and relatively. John was very nice and personable. No issues on the customer service aspect of my experience!
A word of caution though, the prices or sales on the units vary by day (at least they did for me), and luckily I was able to get my unit for $62 for 4 months, if paid upfront. Not bad! But then came the extra fees... They charge you a monthly insurance fee (based off of value of items stored), which bumped me up to around $80 a month, plus I had to purchase a lock, plus taxes and an admin fee. Costed a little over $400 for 4 months, which was not what I was expecting. I understand the need for some of these fees, but some things seem a little expensive. My renter's insurance covers everything for a lot less. They also said that I should expect it to jump to the full market price in February, which is around $150, plus the insurance & taxes. Hopefully they'll offer a discount when I renew, because that is NOT possible for me at this point, and will have to find another option.
Otherwise, the value of the promotion is decent, so we'll see how well they keep things up after February.”
“I just recently came to Glenway storage because I had a very bad experience with public storage. First this place is extremely clean. I wasn’t expecting that.. I got two storage units. Luckily they were side-by-side. It’s like my things are in a hotel.. The pricing is great. It is definitely like night and day from public storage, which was awful and I still had time to get my stuff from there, but came back two hours later to get it & Public Storage threw everything in the garbage. Just walking in this place, you know it’s a great facility to keep your things. It’s a hotel for your things. I highly recommend Glenway Storage”
