“My experience with National Flag Company was nothing less than stellar. I live way out in the county my job was going to be a small one compared to most I am sure. I thought it would be next to impossible to find someone professional to do the installation .After much research online I called National and was quite surprised that they would be more than happy to do the installation. “From the start I new I had chosen properly. Initially the staff were very helpful in taking me through the design phase, answering questions and turning my idea into a real design. It was also extremely helpful that they have the ability to do the design stuff in house instead of others that just as for a picture and you get what you get.The level of communication and quick response to questions from both sides is a great quality they have that you don’t find in businesses today. This extended all the way through to the production team which kept me abreast of the status, to include providing pictures, and notifications of supply issues. I can’t say it enough, you just don’t find businesses and people of this standard today.”
