“Dr. Schoeck provided excellent care for my pup when she started showing signs of a UTI. When the symptoms started, I called around to different vets because we weren’t near my home vet and they were able to get me in the same day for a reasonable price (especially compared to ER vets). Dr. Schoeck is very informative, caring, and thorough. Will be coming back here in the future for my pups medical needs.”

Dr. Wilson is the absolute best!! She’s so kind, so caring, and treats my cat with respect. I can’t tell you what a relief it is to have a vet that you can trust with your pet’s care! I HIGHLY recommend this practice!!!”

“I will never go to another vet for any of my pets. The staff here is so sweet to my dog and I trust them and their knowledge of what he needs. The vet we had today was wonderful with whiskey and was very informative. The entire staff from the ladies at the desk to the ones handling my of are always a delight. I love how well they are with my dog. He's a chihuahua mix, so he can get nippy. The staff know exactly how to talk to him and touch him so he isn't stressed. He is now at home recovering!”

“As long as I live in the Cincinnati area I will never take my animals anywhere else. The staff is top notch whether it’s a routine visit or worst case scenario. I have never left Howell wanting for answers or feeling like the care wasn’t above and beyond. I actually get a little excited for our routine visits because the staff showers my dog Birdie with so much love and affection. Ten stars.”

“We were recommended by our previous vet who retired and so thankful that we took his advice. Our first appointment sadly was for our Rhodesian Ridgeback who was battling cancer. Dr Julie and her team, with their compassion and professionalism, provided our Layla with comfort and respect during her last day with us. Also, the aesthetic of the clinic was modern, clean, fresh and welcoming, A+ all around! Thank you for making a very hard day a little bit lighter and manageable for our broken hearts.”

“First wellness visit to Erlanger Veterinary Hospital with 2 of our 3 dogs. We decided to switch from our previous vet because it was tough getting a same day appointment(solo practitioner) when one of the 3 needed a sick visit. We saw Dr Porter at Erlanger VC and were so happy with her attention to detail. She listened to my concerns about my 2 senior pups. The 2 vet techs were great, Kya and Brian, and were kind and attentive. Since our appointment last week, I have spoken 2 times on the phone with Dr Porter in follow up to new meds and abnormal lab results and have another appointment scheduled this week for further testing. We will definitely go back to EVC. Our 3rd one is due in March for her wellness visit and will also be seen there.”

“This pet hospital is truly exceptional. They always go out of their way to fit us in at times that work best for me, and every team member — from the front desk to the technicians and doctors — remembers my pets by name and history, even my dog who has passed. The doctors take time to clearly explain treatment plans and never make us feel rushed. We always feel cared for and confident in the care our pets receive. Highly recommend! ?”

“Westside animal hospital! Dr. Shepherd is the best! We have a cat that we have had for 14 years who never trusted a single soul. (Would never leave a carrier) We tried dr Shepard after years of trying vets. Our cat Baby came out of her carrier without even an ounce of fear. She went right to him without even being bribed or anything. Complete trust she had in him. This is the cat who has to share a space with someone for months before she would even let you pet her. She was a rescue and has very little trust in people but she has complete trust right away with dr. Shepherd. That moment we KNEW dr. Shepard was the vet for us. He gives the most calming aura with animals and he makes sure your animals are well taken care of.”

“For Dr obert I always give a 5 ⭐ because he's awesome and great with animals. No matter what I bring my animals in for he's always great. This visit I brought them in for their annual exam and shots. He's very knowledgeable and doesn't make you feel rushed, he makes sure before you leave all your questions are answered, absolutely love him and feel so much more comfortable when I bring my dogs to see him. My dogs get very nervous going to the vet and because he gets down with the animals he somehow puts them at ease.”

7025 Burlington Pike, Florence KY 41042
“They are always so good with my dog, who can be a little difficult at times! You can tell they genuinely care about the pets they see. You have to confirm appointments in a hundred different ways it feels like between the phone calls and text messages, so that part is a little weird, but it's worth it.”

4701 Delhi Rd, Cincinnati OH 45238
“I have been taking my dogs to Brinker for almost 20 years. Dr. Brinker and his staff are truly amazing. They’ve always provided exceptional care for my dogs, and Dr. Brinker’s experience and knowledge have helped them live happy, healthy lives. What I appreciate most is how kind and patient the entire team is. They always take the time to answer my endless questions, listen to my concerns, and never make me feel like “that overprotective pet parent” (even though I definitely am!). It’s clear they genuinely care about both their patients and the people who love them.”

383 Anderson Ferry Road, Cincinnati OH 45238
“I have visited twice and each time the care and attention has been EXCELLENT. The staff are amazing, skilled, kind and professional. They're relatable and personable, knowledgeable and they genuinely care. I brought my very sick, newly adopted kitten in and their care and attention, plan of care and advise as to which steps to take next are the reason he's still alive! Dr Bodiker called me himself to share blood results and receive an update. Our family appreciated his kindness during a very stressful time. They're very affordable compared to our own vet and I'm glad we switched. I'm bringing my other cat tomorrow for a check up. We highly recommend.”

“I have visited this vet 3 times now for my bunny Harlow. If you have a rabbit, you know it can be tricky to find good care for them. He was neutered here and they took such good care of him! Thankfully we haven’t had to visit too often, but if I ever need somewhere to go, i recommend this place!”
