“I will never go to another vet for any of my pets. The staff here is so sweet to my dog and I trust them and their knowledge of what he needs. The vet we had today was wonderful with whiskey and was very informative.
The entire staff from the ladies at the desk to the ones handling my of are always a delight. I love how well they are with my dog. He's a chihuahua mix, so he can get nippy. The staff know exactly how to talk to him and touch him so he isn't stressed. He is now at home recovering!”

“My senior, soul cat Rupert only visited Howell for about a year or so, but they always treated him exceptionally well, especially during his final days. He became unexpectedly ill and Howell really came through with caring for him on an emergency basis so that he didn't need to spend unnecessary time in pain or discomfort at a large scale emergency vet clinic. Dr. John was so compassionate and sweet when explaining his options and ultimately administering euthanasia to put my sweet boy to rest. “Dr. Helen Garber has been wonderful each time we’ve gone in for wellness exams. What I do really appreciate is the staff will send you emails during the visit about different brands of food or hygiene items to try. FTAH is also very forthcoming about prices of procedures, exams, assessments and meds. I definitely feel like they treat my dog like a member of the family. Dr. Garber will talk with me, address Cash, “talk” with him, examine, spray cheese and whatever else which makes the overall experience feel better instead just a transaction. I may have been there a total of 30-40 minutes today which may seem like a while but truly I wasn’t being rushed out the door and all my questions were answered and follow up was communicated.”

“Amazing!!! We have a diabetic dog who was diagnosed march 2023. In that time we've been to SIX other vets trying to get his blood sugar under control and, in the last year, seizures too. We decided to give Noah's Ark a try about 6 weeks ago. We've taken our dogs there here and there as walk ins over the years and never had a bad experience. But we're beyond impressed with the care given to our diabetic dog! Dr. Tate is the first vet to actually call US to tell us to adjust insulin because she proactively looks at his numbers- we shared the link with her. Before we were always the ones calling, begging for advice and how to adjust insulin and felt like we were inconveniencing them (at the other vet offices).
She also researched foods- which was huge for us because we couldn't find one that wasn't full of carbs AND didn't contain rosemary extract- which we realized was the cause of his seizures. He's FINALLY in the green with his numbers after all this time, weening off seizure meds, and just on a great path forward!
We also took our other dog there last week because he couldn't walk. They sent out a ton of people to try to help my 100lb boy out of our truck and took such good care of him. Thanks to Dr Liga, my 8 year old baby boy is running around like the puppy he is again!
This is our 7th and LAST vet office!!”

“I have a chronically sick cat. This had caused me to jump from vet clinic to vet clinic, including a veterinary dermatologist, to find answers. I finally found Plum Street and won’t trust anyone else with my cats, their care for people and their animals is unmatched. As soon as you walk in, Leanne knows who they are caring for and gets you into a room. Dr. Bob spends a great deal of care in getting to know what the problem is with your animal and giving you several opinions or options of what the problem might be and what can be done. Before Plum St Vet Clinic, I felt most vets I brought my cat to didn’t really care to look deeper into my cats issues. We are so grateful for Leanne and Dr. Bob and all the great work they do!”
“Dr Dell and her staff are great, always take such awesome care of our baby who suffers from pancreatitis. It’s an all cat vet (sorry dogs), but great for anxious kittys and wonderful to find a vet who specializes in feline health! One of few privately owned vet care & hospitals AAHA certified in the area, so you get personal attention AND still get reasonable prices. We highly recommend Dr Dell and her team and feel so lucky and blessed to have found her a few years back (and we drive almost 30 minutes to her office - yes, they are that good to our kitty and us!)”
