“First wellness visit to Erlanger Veterinary Hospital with 2 of our 3 dogs. We decided to switch from our previous vet because it was tough getting a same day appointment(solo practitioner) when one of the 3 needed a sick visit. We saw Dr Porter at Erlanger VC and were so happy with her attention to detail. She listened to my concerns about my 2 senior pups. The 2 vet techs were great, Kya and Brian, and were kind and attentive. Since our appointment last week, I have spoken 2 times on the phone with Dr Porter in follow up to new meds and abnormal lab results and have another appointment scheduled this week for further testing. We will definitely go back to EVC. Our 3rd one is due in March for her wellness visit and will also be seen there.”

“I am so appreciative of the service I received for my cat, Grover today. He had a pretty bad UTI that quickly got worse, and my worries and concerns were immediately taken seriously! He was in a lot of discomfort and pain, and yowled and became aggressive with the emergency vet we had went to the night before. Surprisingly, when Amy and Dr.G handled him for shots and a procedure, he was purring! He is feeling much better with the care he received. Dr. g is incredibly knowledgeable and has answers and suggestions for any questions you may have. It is apparent that the entire staff has a genuine love for animals, as well as a genuine respect and kindness for us owners. Thanks guys!”
