They rarely answer the phone! They rarely call you back when you leave a message! Their customer service is awful! They don’t respect the customers in need especially elderly with memory issues. If my moms Medicare would cover a different oxygen supplier, I would definitely stop Service with Rotech!

Cheaper to not use them actually. Machine cost $1000, they charge $190 per month to rent and monitor it for 10 months, supplies also up charged. JUST PAY CASH
