“Let me start by saying I’ve shopped at Pet wants for years for my dogs. Love the food for my pets but I hate the new management. It was better when it was pet wants. As someone that has shopped here for years I’m disappointed.
The new hours aren’t practical, the store closes before it’s suppose to some days (this has happened to me twice), they’re out of products more frequent than not. Very annoyed with the switch.”
“Wigglewow treats are the only treats my dog can eat. He has an MDR1 gene defect, so I have to be super cautious about the preservatives and additives in the food he eats and any medication he takes. I’m so thrilled that Wigglewow makes a wholesome treat that is healthy and safe for my special pup!”

“Our fur buddies turned ten yesterday. We wish we would have known about this place ten years ago. A 4-minute drive from our house, these folks genuinely care about pets. It's like a human salon/spa with all the add-ons, down to clothes, toys, you name it. Plus, it's a daycare and extended care, too.
Max & Rocco give it four paws up!??”

“I called to inquire on a reel, line etc. A young man named Matt helped me, he answered all my questions about reels, backing, line and leaders. I ended up ordering all of it. He was most helpful when I had questions about leader use. I am a former customer of the Indpls store which I dearly miss since moving to Dale Hollow but I will continue to be a loyal customer by working with Matt for my future needs. Product is always. top of the line, Did miss my 30% off Fathers Day Sale on fly fishing equip,”
“Highly recommend! I went there hoping to find some answers to allergy issues my dogs were having regarding food. They took their time to listen and work towards solutions. I cannot emphasize enough how patient they were and I am happy to report that I have seen improvements in my pups'allergy symptoms. They know their products and the nutritional needs of animals! “I live this location of Feeders Supply! The pet washing stations are a lot better than many of the other locations I have been to. The staff is very friendly and always loves saying hello to my dog! They also deliver his dog food with no fee! It makes life so much easier to have his food delivered right to my door!”
“Very sweet folks. We found a stray black kitten at our home in Pewee Valley and unfortunately we are not able to keep her so we took her here, and the gentleman who helped us was absolutely amazing. I really wish I had gotten his name, my mind was too busy worrying about the poor kitty though. He was great though he was very kind and understanding, he seemed to be genuinely concerned about not only this kitten but all the animals there. While I'm posting, if anybody is looking for this beautiful sweet baby girl, please contact Oldham County Animal Control in Buckner and please bring your baby home!”

“Pretty good. A bit of a smaller pet store but overall they have everything I have needed so far. I wish the crickets were a bit smaller and sometimes I drive a little farther to another store to get smaller live crickets but that is my only negative comment.The staff is always friendly and helpful and the store is always calm and clean.”

“Highly recommend Kelsie and Lydia at Petsmart Springhurst. My dog struggles with seizures and Lydia was so kind and patient with my pup, she will be requested every time. I’ve been bringing my dogs here for 3 years and I’d highly recommend both Lydia and Kelsie. You can tell they really care about animals. Happy dog mama.”
“This is hands down my favorite Petco — and honestly, my favorite out of any major retail pet store I’ve been to. The care and selection of their tropical freshwater and saltwater fish are better than any other big-chain pet store in the area. When I say retail pet store, I mean compared to other large chains — obviously small specialty mom-and-pop shops are different — but for a major retailer, this location really stands out.
Their driftwood selection is amazing, and they carry a solid variety of substrates and quality food options for our little fishy friends. You can tell they actually care about the aquatic section here.
Beyond that, the entire store is well run. They offer great grooming services for pups, adoption services for cats and even reptiles, and they also provide dog training. It’s truly a one-stop shop for pet owners.
I can’t recommend this Petco and its wonderful employees enough. You’ll probably see me there regularly — and I hope to see you there too!”
“It was a very short visit. We did go after on specific item and I thought we were going to be disappointed because the shelf was empty where they belonged. Thankfully, they had them, they were just locked up.”
“Clean store. Well stocked. Had a lot of cats available for adoption. Downside is you have to wait up to 3 days after filling out an adoption form to get a call back. I feel like the same day adoption would be more convenient and appropriate. 5 out of 5.”
