“Let me start by saying I’ve shopped at Pet wants for years for my dogs. Love the food for my pets but I hate the new management. It was better when it was pet wants. As someone that has shopped here for years I’m disappointed.
The new hours aren’t practical, the store closes before it’s suppose to some days (this has happened to me twice), they’re out of products more frequent than not. Very annoyed with the switch.”

Everything they have in their store is top notch, and we are super grateful that there is such a wonderful local store to get healthy food and treats without all the bad stuff our owner doesn’t want us to eat! “Our fur buddies turned ten yesterday. We wish we would have known about this place ten years ago. A 4-minute drive from our house, these folks genuinely care about pets. It's like a human salon/spa with all the add-ons, down to clothes, toys, you name it. Plus, it's a daycare and extended care, too.

“I called to inquire on a reel, line etc. A young man named Matt helped me, he answered all my questions about reels, backing, line and leaders. I ended up ordering all of it. He was most helpful when I had questions about leader use. I am a former customer of the Indpls store which I dearly miss since moving to Dale Hollow but I will continue to be a loyal customer by working with Matt for my future needs. Product is always. top of the line, Did miss my 30% off Fathers Day Sale on fly fishing equip,”

“Highly recommend! I went there hoping to find some answers to allergy issues my dogs were having regarding food. They took their time to listen and work towards solutions. I cannot emphasize enough how patient they were and I am happy to report that I have seen improvements in my pups'allergy symptoms. They know their products and the nutritional needs of animals! “Very sweet folks. We found a stray black kitten at our home in Pewee Valley and unfortunately we are not able to keep her so we took her here, and the gentleman who helped us was absolutely amazing. I really wish I had gotten his name, my mind was too busy worrying about the poor kitty though. He was great though he was very kind and understanding, he seemed to be genuinely concerned about not only this kitten but all the animals there. While I'm posting, if anybody is looking for this beautiful sweet baby girl, please contact Oldham County Animal Control in Buckner and please bring your baby home!”
“I live this location of Feeders Supply! The pet washing stations are a lot better than many of the other locations I have been to. The staff is very friendly and always loves saying hello to my dog! They also deliver his dog food with no fee! It makes life so much easier to have his food delivered right to my door!”

“Great place. We did the grooming of my dog. Very kind personnel. The service was great just one thing was missing. They didn't trim the nails of our dog while grooming. Other than was great. If next time, we will make sure they do it. I am sure they will say to take my dog there again but I already did it at home. They also have dogs and cats for adoption.”
“Pretty good. A bit of a smaller pet store but overall they have everything I have needed so far. I wish the crickets were a bit smaller and sometimes I drive a little farther to another store to get smaller live crickets but that is my only negative comment.The staff is always friendly and helpful and the store is always calm and clean.”

“Nathan helped me get a blue eye lemon pleco ordered to the store. It’s my favorite fish, and my original one died from an ich outbreak caused by another fish so I wanted to get a replacement. When I went to pick it up, they had many other rare plecos in stock and the lady who helped me was fabulous too and asked if I needed any other pleco ordered. Superb customer service from Nathan and the team. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me. I appreciate you all.”

“We just got a puppy and started at Pet Co. Don't waste your time there Pet Smart is WAY better! So organized and easy to shop. Tons of stuff on sale. We've been back 3x in 2 weeks. Nice and clean in this location and good customer service from the employees!”

“The Crestwood mix bird seed is a hit with the song birds. The beef from Rising Son's Farm is truly grass fed and reasonably priced. The beef is better than grocery, in my opinion.”
