“Let me start by saying I’ve shopped at Pet wants for years for my dogs. Love the food for my pets but I hate the new management. It was better when it was pet wants. As someone that has shopped here for years I’m disappointed.
The new hours aren’t practical, the store closes before it’s suppose to some days (this has happened to me twice), they’re out of products more frequent than not. Very annoyed with the switch.”

“We love Dr. Neat, she is such a kind person and competent veterinarian. She spends time with you, she talks to you, she listens. The vet techs and assistants have always been so gentle and caring to my cats.
The only issue with this practice is they are going through a temporary absence of one of their vet doctors, so availability as of October 2024 is very narrow and your appointment will be scheduled several weeks or months out. They are doing their best with limited staff. When I had a concern about assessing a feline for UTI, the receptionist immediately texted me phone numbers to several Urgent Care centers. I wish I could also thank that person by name.
So I'd say VCA Farleigh is staffed by genuinely good practitioners, techs, and assistants.”
“Wigglewow treats are the only treats my dog can eat. He has an MDR1 gene defect, so I have to be super cautious about the preservatives and additives in the food he eats and any medication he takes. I’m so thrilled that Wigglewow makes a wholesome treat that is healthy and safe for my special pup!”

“Took my Bernese Mountain dog for his first Grooming. Made an appointment with the girl? She took him and I watched as another girl did all the work on my dog.
Zenna was the one that did the grooming. She worked for a solid 2hrs making him look like a star. She never stopped or slowed down getting him ready.
I ma glade she took my dog. Because the girl I made co the appointment with did nothing but set in a chair and fool with stuff.
If I go back again I will make sure Zenna is there his grooming. Thank you.”
“We have been taking Max to Feeders Supply for groomings and have been extremely pleased with Megan's skills with him. She is very patient with him and makes him look great. (He doesn't like anyone trimming his face but she got it done!) We will be going back!!”

“Tried to order a deer blind online then received notification it was no longer available. I went in store to see if they possibly had it in stock, they did not. I spoke to manager, Nate, asking about the possibility of another store having it. He was able to find several of them at a Louisiana store. He contacted the store and had them transferred. He kept in contact with me and gave me frequent status updates. Very much appreciated. He definitely went above and beyond. We are grateful! Nate saved Christmas ? The customer service from everyone was wonderful. Again, thank you so much….I have two very happy hunters ?”

“This is hands down my favorite Petco — and honestly, my favorite out of any major retail pet store I’ve been to. The care and selection of their tropical freshwater and saltwater fish are better than any other big-chain pet store in the area. When I say retail pet store, I mean compared to other large chains — obviously small specialty mom-and-pop shops are different — but for a major retailer, this location really stands out.
Their driftwood selection is amazing, and they carry a solid variety of substrates and quality food options for our little fishy friends. You can tell they actually care about the aquatic section here.
Beyond that, the entire store is well run. They offer great grooming services for pups, adoption services for cats and even reptiles, and they also provide dog training. It’s truly a one-stop shop for pet owners.
I can’t recommend this Petco and its wonderful employees enough. You’ll probably see me there regularly — and I hope to see you there too!”

“It was a very short visit. We did go after on specific item and I thought we were going to be disappointed because the shelf was empty where they belonged. Thankfully, they had them, they were just locked up.”
“I have been looking for a one stop shop for all my animals, I have a good mix of reptiles, dogs, cats, fish etc. and I was tired of ordering online over and over. When I found pets palace I was only looking to find some fun unique reptiles to display in my front room and what I didn’t expect was to find such a variety of animals! We now have become returning customers because the change of ownership has really reshaped this space both ethically and quality wise.
Starting with fish, there are so much options to choose from in aquatics and incredible supporting products. We have built a 75g planted discus and angelfish tank from pets palace, but what really did it for me was the lighting options so many cool fun ways to make your tank unique.
Reptiles, I started collecting with a single ball python but when I started doing my research I wanted some very specific things so when I told to employees what I was looking for they told the owner and he found one for me!
Now I understand there is a legal thing around cats and dogs, however pets palace carries the best foods and treats, we know just get our animal food fully from pets palace!
All round this place has really changed in a lot of ways, and if you feel your experience was different from your expectations or you are in need or wanting something specific just bring it up to the staff, they will make it right!

“Clean store. Well stocked. Had a lot of cats available for adoption. Downside is you have to wait up to 3 days after filling out an adoption form to get a call back. I feel like the same day adoption would be more convenient and appropriate. 5 out of 5.”
