“Let me start by saying I’ve shopped at Pet wants for years for my dogs. Love the food for my pets but I hate the new management. It was better when it was pet wants. As someone that has shopped here for years I’m disappointed.
The new hours aren’t practical, the store closes before it’s suppose to some days (this has happened to me twice), they’re out of products more frequent than not. Very annoyed with the switch.”
“We love Dr. Neat, she is such a kind person and competent veterinarian. She spends time with you, she talks to you, she listens. The vet techs and assistants have always been so gentle and caring to my cats.
The only issue with this practice is they are going through a temporary absence of one of their vet doctors, so availability as of October 2024 is very narrow and your appointment will be scheduled several weeks or months out. They are doing their best with limited staff. When I had a concern about assessing a feline for UTI, the receptionist immediately texted me phone numbers to several Urgent Care centers. I wish I could also thank that person by name.
So I'd say VCA Farleigh is staffed by genuinely good practitioners, techs, and assistants.”

“Wigglewow treats are the only treats my dog can eat. He has an MDR1 gene defect, so I have to be super cautious about the preservatives and additives in the food he eats and any medication he takes. I’m so thrilled that Wigglewow makes a wholesome treat that is healthy and safe for my special pup!”

“I called to inquire on a reel, line etc. A young man named Matt helped me, he answered all my questions about reels, backing, line and leaders. I ended up ordering all of it. He was most helpful when I had questions about leader use. I am a former customer of the Indpls store which I dearly miss since moving to Dale Hollow but I will continue to be a loyal customer by working with Matt for my future needs. “You can wash your dog for $14. They have various shampoo and conditioners to use, towels and dryers. Sometimes they do pet clinics a couple times a year. Always a Good Experience ❤️”

“Absolutely love Feeders Supply!!! Favourite pet supply place to visit and pet Obedience Training classes are excellent. On our last visit, the pet wash area needed to be serviced, but no employee was back there to attend to it. Multiple people were waiting to use the area as well. We cleaned our pet wash bay prior to washing our dogs and then cleaned it again for the next person to use. I wish there were more wash bays available in the store.”
“I live this location of Feeders Supply! The pet washing stations are a lot better than many of the other locations I have been to. The staff is very friendly and always loves saying hello to my dog! They also deliver his dog food with no fee! It makes life so much easier to have his food delivered right to my door!”

“Pretty good. A bit of a smaller pet store but overall they have everything I have needed so far. I wish the crickets were a bit smaller and sometimes I drive a little farther to another store to get smaller live crickets but that is my only negative comment.The staff is always friendly and helpful and the store is always calm and clean.”
“Tried to order a deer blind online then received notification it was no longer available. I went in store to see if they possibly had it in stock, they did not. I spoke to manager, Nate, asking about the possibility of another store having it. He was able to find several of them at a Louisiana store. He contacted the store and had them transferred. He kept in contact with me and gave me frequent status updates. Very much appreciated. He definitely went above and beyond. We are grateful! Nate saved Christmas ? The customer service from everyone was wonderful. Again, thank you so much….I have two very happy hunters ?”

“This is hands down my favorite Petco — and honestly, my favorite out of any major retail pet store I’ve been to. The care and selection of their tropical freshwater and saltwater fish are better than any other big-chain pet store in the area. When I say retail pet store, I mean compared to other large chains — obviously small specialty mom-and-pop shops are different — but for a major retailer, this location really stands out.
Their driftwood selection is amazing, and they carry a solid variety of substrates and quality food options for our little fishy friends. You can tell they actually care about the aquatic section here.
Beyond that, the entire store is well run. They offer great grooming services for pups, adoption services for cats and even reptiles, and they also provide dog training. It’s truly a one-stop shop for pet owners.
I can’t recommend this Petco and its wonderful employees enough. You’ll probably see me there regularly — and I hope to see you there too!”
“Highly recommend Kelsie and Lydia at Petsmart Springhurst. My dog struggles with seizures and Lydia was so kind and patient with my pup, she will be requested every time. “I have only been a hillbilly for a short period of time, but every interaction I've had here in that time has been absolutely phenomenal. I've had the pleasure of working with Charles, Andy, Brittany, and Brianna and they are all consistently happy, helpful, and knowledgeable. My 9 year old absolutely loves coming here to spend Dad's money and we always leave with a smile. If only I could get groceries here then I would never need to go anywhere else.
