Worst place to fill a prescription or get a vaccine. They have no respect for people's time . Sometimes you have to wait 20 or more minutes in the drive through lane. Waited 40 minutes in the store for my vaccine , finally gave up and left .

By far the worst experience I have had with a pharmacy. Called many times and was on hold 20, 30 minutes. The phone was never answered. I needed medication after a major surgery and it was delayed multiple times and the drive thru was closed so I had to walk in which is incredibly painful after a major abdominal surgery. I might even be able to forgive it if it had just been this one time but this is like the 5th or 6th time my prescriptions were delayed by at least a day. I will never ever ever darken the door of CVS again.

The pharmacy is a disaster! Staff appears over worked and understaffed at all times. It's one thing to take forever, but it is compounded by poor customer service. Most of the time your presence is never even acknowledged. Please fix.

Rude staff, 3 pharmacists and had to wait over 30 minutes only for them to tell me they do not accept blue cross and blue shield insurance. Since when is blue cross not a valid form of insurance?

Every time I go there, the pharmacy is closed during daytime hours. They won’t answer the phones!! They are slow! They changed the pharmacy hours, it’s ridiculous. Transferring my prescriptions elsewhere! Worst pharmacy in the area!

To be honest I hate shopping this particular store. The only reason I do is due to convenience to my work. They are all rude and if not rude just no smiling faces and act like you are inconveniencing them. It's really sad. We all even talk about it at work how bad it is but today was different. The sweetest ray of sunshine was at the register today. My receipt says her name was Lace. Cashier # 2214492. I told her so too. I thanked her for being so sweet and patient. The customers in front of me were older and having a harder time understanding a certain process and she was so patient with them. Even took time (with a smile) to leave the register to go find them something they couldn't. I was literally amazed. You all need more of these types of employees. It would be a different store.

If you need your prescriptions in a hurry. I would not recommend this place. My prescription was called in at 11 in the morning did not get it till the next day at 2 p.m. they are just swamped with orders. Very busy pharmacy. And over-the-counter stuff. Is much more expensive there.

Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. If there’s any concern with your prescription, like being out of stock or insurance concern they don’t ever notify you and then, when you call to try and figure out what’s wrong you’re on hold forever and they’re rude and unhelpful. I never leave reviews but this has happened multiple times now.

Most of the staff at the pharmacy are hateful, snotty and not knowledgeable. Whether I am there getting my husbands prescriptions or calling them from the providers office that I work for. If it wasn’t for my husband’s insurance making him use CVS I would definitely pull it!!!

I went in to set up a COVID vaccination, I went to the drop off window, the young lady was on the phone with a client scheduling COVID vaccines. I looked down trying not to overhear the conversation, and there was a sign that the window was closed please use next window. I went there and stood while they were working, one you man told me they would be with me in just a minute, I stated that was fine. A lady came up and asked what I needed and I explained I needed my vaccine or to schedule if that is what was needed. She proceeded to tell me I would have to do that at the drop off window, I then proceeded to explain that the signage directed me to this window. She said in an unpleasant tone that is the window I needed to schedule at. So of course I had to wait because the lady was helping another client by then. When I first got to the window, I moved the window closed sign and explained that it had delayed me doing what they were directing customers to do. So I understand I was aggravated by then, I was using my break time and I said can I schedule a COVID vaccine or actually get one. This is the same girl that was scheduling for COVID when I first walked up, she flippantly said I can give you a phone number to call! Really if that is how you treat customers why should I continue to even use this pharmacy? I just moved here in September the CVS is next door to my office, I thought how convenient, now not so sure.

Pharmacist refused to sell needles without a prescription, stating "we don't know what they're for." They were for hormone injections; however, even if they were for drugs the only thing this accomplishes is forcing addicts to use dirty needles. Clearly the Hippocratic Oath means nothing to the providers at CVS.

If it's a straight prescription you're filling there's no problem at all, but if you need these people to be a little extra helpful they won't bother. I'm an older woman with leukemia, Covid, pneumonia,, pleurisy and am in pain. The prescription I received was incorrect, so I called the pharmacy and ended up speaking to two different employees and asked both if they could help me correct it and was told by both no, I would have to do it myself. First I was told they couldn't call the ER, which I had come from, but eventually they said they could fax them, however they didn't do it. i've been on the phone with them and the ER five times over two days trying to get this worked out and each time they refused to help me. When "I" finally straightened it out they received a corrected prescription and I got a text saying the prescription was received and was being filled, since I had put an urgent on it. My son drove to CVS to pick it up and he was told there was no prescription. I called the pharmacy yet again and was pretty upset with them, and I'll admit I did say a bad word once, and they hung up on me. I'm sure these employees are good at their jobs but they are in a customer service industry and if they're unwilling to take a little extra effort to be helpful they need to find jobs where they don't deal with the public. Needless to say they've lost our business.
