It was time for her to go home and she had so much patients and never gave up or rushed us she stayed late to make sure we was switched over ! “This CVS is understaffed-- there is no debate about that. I specifically called ahead since I was moving states and when I got to KY, they still hadn't put my prescription in the system. Very frustrating especially when you have Narcolepsy and need the medicine to stay awake/ drive/ work and live! But that being aside, I am balancing out the ratings because the staff has ALWAYS been kind and considerate. Once your Rx becomes less of a number in their queue, they are quick to help you solve it. Kasey was extremely kind and coming from a different medical profession I want to say that their service counts for something. So CVS owners/operators: PLEASE STAFF YOUR PHARMACY!”
