“I went to pick up Tamiflu and Zofran when my 4 year old was diagnosed with the flu at urgent care. I usually go to Kroger, however the doctor told me Kroger was out of Tamiflu, but he said Walmart had it, so he would call it in there. I got to Walmart and they didn’t have anything called in. The pharmacist went out of his way (close to closing time) to track down the prescription when urgent care had closed. Urgent care had sent it to Kroger anyway. Walmart didn’t actually have the capsules that we had requested, but the pharmacist called several other pharmacies to try to find it for me. I ended up only leaving with the prescription for the nausea but the staff went out of their way to help us! They were so kind and helpful, which meant SO MUCH to this single Mom dealing with a very sick child! I will be switching all my families’ prescriptions here!”

“The last few times I have gone to Kroger have been the best experiences. There are always carts available, good service, and fast bagging! The employees make conversation and genuinely care about the customers. One in particular is Abdias who even being a younger employee never fails to be respectful and drop whatever he is doing to help others.”
“My medicine is always in shortage and I have to chase it all over two counties to get it. Medicine Shoppe always comes through with efficient stocking, quick filling of prescriptions, and employees who are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.”

“So honestly i've been to better. But , with that being said. They do the best they can being short staffed. When I go in to the store people are always nice. Same with the drive through. I have read some reviews where people say their rude. They have bad days like us people and or they are feeding off your energy.
The reason why I'd only gave four stars. Is because I hate the telephone system. I have leave a voice message to get some one to call me back.
I use it because I have to but eww. No thank you to the voicemail. How are they supposed to call you back when they are So short staffed. Don't think you thought that one.All the way through.”

“I have always used Kroger and they have always been super great. Recently it seems their staff is overwhelmed and always behind. I’m sure this is due to staff shortages. They need to sacrifice some of that money and invest in more staff. Everyone will benefit if they do.”

“If I need a med filled or if they left one off, I don’t have to wait 6 hours. They fill it right then and run it out to the car.
I don’t have to share private medical information on why I’m taking a medication, or argue about why I am not giving my personal information out to a pharmacy tech.
And as I stated above, if I call in a refill, or my doctor does, is filled by the time I get to their store.
This is a great service to the Danville community and I encourage people to use it and not go big pharma.”
