“The BEST Pharmacy in Danville! They answer the phones when you call! They are helpful with any questions you may have & pretty quick. If you do have to wait, they offer to run them out to you! Lastly, the drive thru is awesome! We had Danielle tonight, she is always so friendly.”

“It's a little off the path I usually take around Danville, and it took me a while to find the Bluegrass Drug Store. But now that I have, I'm a loyal customer. They're fast. They're friendly. They're competitive in price and value. They go out of their way to answer questions or offer help however they can. I'm a very satisfied customer.”

“I went to pick up Tamiflu and Zofran when my 4 year old was diagnosed with the flu at urgent care. I usually go to Kroger, however the doctor told me Kroger was out of Tamiflu, but he said Walmart had it, so he would call it in there. I got to Walmart and they didn’t have anything called in. The pharmacist went out of his way (close to closing time) to track down the prescription when urgent care had closed. Urgent care had sent it to Kroger anyway. Walmart didn’t actually have the capsules that we had requested, but the pharmacist called several other pharmacies to try to find it for me. I ended up only leaving with the prescription for the nausea but the staff went out of their way to help us! They were so kind and helpful, which meant SO MUCH to this single Mom dealing with a very sick child! I will be switching all my families’ prescriptions here!”

“Kroger is the only grocery store that doesn't give me major anxiety. The design/layout isn't stark white and dreary like most other chain grocery stores. Produce and meats are always the best, especially their fish and fruits. Love the artisanal cheese and meat bar, the prosciutto de parma and humboldt fog cheese are my weaknesses. Online pickup here is SO much better than other grocery stores as well. Employees have always been friendly and helpful, especially the people working the meat department (those guys are the best).”

“This is a very busy location but Todd and his team go above and beyond to take care of all of our pharmaceutical needs. We feel very fortunate to have them as our providers. They always greet us with a smile and happy to assist with prescriptions or over the counter advice. We highly recommend.”

“This CVS is understaffed-- there is no debate about that. I specifically called ahead since I was moving states and when I got to KY, they still hadn't put my prescription in the system. Very frustrating especially when you have Narcolepsy and need the medicine to stay awake/ drive/ work and live! But that being aside, I am balancing out the ratings because the staff has ALWAYS been kind and considerate. Once your Rx becomes less of a number in their queue, they are quick to help you solve it. Kasey was extremely kind and coming from a different medical profession I want to say that their service counts for something. So CVS owners/operators: PLEASE STAFF YOUR PHARMACY!”

“To be honest I hate shopping this particular store. The only reason I do is due to convenience to my work. They are all rude and if not rude just no smiling faces and act like you are inconveniencing them. It's really sad. We all even talk about it at work how bad it is but today was different. The sweetest ray of sunshine was at the register today. My receipt says her name was Lace. Cashier # 2214492. I told her so too. I thanked her for being so sweet and patient. The customers in front of me were older and having a harder time understanding a certain process and she was so patient with them. Even took time (with a smile) to leave the register to go find them something they couldn't. I was literally amazed. You all need more of these types of employees. It would be a different store.”

“I have always used Kroger and they have always been super great. Recently it seems their staff is overwhelmed and always behind. I’m sure this is due to staff shortages. They need to sacrifice some of that money and invest in more staff. Everyone will benefit if they do.”
