“Our van was on the brink of breaking down and we limped into Small Town Smart Lube feeling stressed and stuck. The guy there stepped up right away he quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair.
What really stood out was how kind and generous he was with his time and help. On top of that, it was well after their normal closing time and he stayed late into the evening just so we wouldn’t be stranded.
This is the kind of caring, honest small-town service you rarely see anymore. The guy truly went way out of his way to help us in a tough spot. Highly recommend Small Town Smart Lube if you need brakes, repairs, or any emergency help. We are so grateful and will definitely be back!”
“We brought our 2026 Tesla Model Y in for a tire balance and rotation. Bruce got us taken care of in a timely manner! We are so glad to be able to bring our cars to somewhere local, rather than drive all the way to the Tesla Service Center in Louisville.”
“My husband and I were traveling through Kentucky when we realized we had an issue with our tire. We stopped at Ken Towery’s and found that the issue was much more serious. They took our car in quickly and at a reasonable price. We were back on the road in no time. We appreciate them working with us with such quick turnaround, obvious knowledge, and overall professionalism.”

“Quick, professionally well qualified, helpful, courteous, well respected - every single time I go there - over twenty years, or so. They should provide an open bar for the fifteen minute wait, however. Just sayin’.”
