“Periodically traveling across the nation from coast to coast, I have frequented more Dollar Trees than most. My husband and I were incredibly impressed with the neat, organized, and stocked shelves in this location. The staff was also friendly and helpful.
This store left such a positive impression on us that we saved it as a favorite ion our maps app.”
“The cleanest family dollar (or frankly dollar store) that I’ve seen in all my time in Ohio and Kentucky. Organized, well lit, clean, the staff was helpful and the people who were shopping were even nice (which is none of their business but I had a nice experience). Alexandra helped me at checkout, she was great, and the guy in front of me said “on a scale of 1-10 I give her an 11”. I have zero complaints it was a great time. I’m sure I’ll be back.”
“This is one of the most organized stores to visit and the most friendly staff who is always considered that you found everything you wanted or needed, keep the manager their because she's top notch ?”
“The store is a great store if you just need to run in for something forgotten or needed for a quick meal or a unexpected gift or last minute ideas. It has a lot of items crammed into a small space. It is clean just cluttered. It is some what organized and full of items.”
“They're very helpful. The stockers show me where things are located and the manager and cashiers are also very friendly, courteous, helpful, usually fast checking out etc. Sometimes slow depending on how many customers. Easy place to park and enter. Clean and neat. New products are constantly brought in but some desirable items can go quickly on the shelves.”

“This particular Dollar Tree is one of my favorite stores to frequent. The staff is always friendly and helpful. While stocking shelves, they are more than willing to help with finding whatever it is that you may be searching for. Bobbyka (I hope I'm spelling that right) has went above and beyond. She goes the extra mile and wants to make sure that people are taken care of. Thank you for your assistances Bobbyka, it made my sister feel so special and seen. We'd been looking for the last year and within a week, you had called me back to let me know stock came in and you'd set aside some things for me to be able to gift my sister. I can't say it enough, THANK YOU SO MUCH!”
“i work near this store and visit it every other day for the last 6 months the manager Ladon is always hard at work and the cashier Donna has agreat personality and is friendly and very helpful and i will add funny as well i always leave with a smile or laughing lol last week i was in there and it was a very busy day with the holidays of coarse there was a really long line and the Manager jumped right in ...they were both friendly to every customer making conversation as they were ringing people out i love going to this store it is he cleanest store i have ever been in and you can tell the customers like the staff ... i apoligize i dont know the evenng staff but im sure they are nice as well thumbs up for they day staff !!!!!!!!!”

“The workers are always so kind at this location. They always have great stuff in stock, and are always so knowledgeable on when are shipments coming in. I would have given 5 stars if there wasn't so much garbage in the parking lot. Last time there was a dirty diaper I almost stepped on and was just grossed out.”
“Walked in and found everything I was looking for. You can't beat their prices. Plus they are always stocked. Nothing was picked over for Easter supplies. I am very pleased.”
“It's just like any other Family Dollar location throughout the country. This particular one is located in a mostly abandoned shopping center, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't kind of worried that I was going to blow out a tire or break an axle in the parking lot that is in terrible shape. Lol. But on my visit here, they had everything I needed, and the staff was friendly and polite. I'd go back.”
“I found salt and pepper shakers in a package and a bag of miniature Reese cups each for 1.25. Store was clean and organized. Customer service was courteous and friendly. Had a parking lot.”

“Family Dollar is a good store that was a nice store that I went to the prices was reasonable they look like they need some help for us cleaning of the store but other than that it was great service”
“This Dollar tree was my little hidden secret until one year Halloween Express came along in the same plaza then people discovered my gem. Now there's hardly anything on the shelves. I feel sorry for the workers sometimes because the public ransacks it and it's not just the store, it's several. The workers here are amazing, very helpful and very friendly they treat you like they've known you forever... As far as shopping at Dollar tree, well, it's Dollar tree it's freaking awesome!”
“The only problem is even tho I've clipped all the coupons in the app it never shows up in store and have this big long ordeal in the store when trying to show the coupons in the app then them checking the products in the isles while I'm having to hold up the line, ect. It happens every single time & there's a second shift cashier that's extremely lazy & will go to any extreme to avoid doing her job or having to move around. It's like she purposely moves in extremely slow motion or like she's on the worst hangover ever. The store itself is great & bigger than the other dollar generals in the area”
“We stopped at this location Sunday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to see that the store was fairly well-stocked and pretty neat and tidy! This is more than I can say for dollar stores around where I live in Kenton county. I complimented the cashier on our way out and she stated that their manager Stephanie has worked very hard to get the store organized and the shelves stocked! I recommend shopping at this location!”
“This is the nicest, cleanest store in the area. Always enjoy this location. Only complaint, one cashier for a line that was halfway down the isle. The cashier was very friendly and provided great customer service considering how busy she was.”

I’ve been in the customer service industry for almost 10 years and I can say that when you walk into this location, you will be met with kind words and good vibes!!! “Ok, so after my horrible experience at ACE Hardware I still needed a small flower pot and spray bottle. I saw Dollar Tree and thought I'd see if they could meet my needs and they were able. Ok they lose a star since the store was a bit messy but the people working there were knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff gets 5 stars! If you don't need a shovel try there first!”
“It's a great store but, it's no longer the Dollar Store, now it's the 1 25 store and some prices are 3 or 5 dollars and up. I like it but they are ALWAYs short staffed and frustrated.”
“Just came in on Thanksgiving day and the cashier wearing the shirt that said “savage drip” was showing such a positive attitude toward each customer coming through her line, despite being stuck there on a holiday. I usually have a good experience here, but this one really motivated me to leave a review. I have been to many other locations, but this one seems to really care to do a good job and I hope they are being recognized for that.”
“Overall, this is a perfectly fine Family Dollar. It serves its purpose as a dollar store perfectly. But what I think is great about here is the people. The other day I had to buy a lot of helium balloons to celebrate my sister and her amazing volleyball team. And the clerks in the store were so kind and ego to help and extraordinarily patient with me. So I give this place full marks for those staff members.”

“Was shopping there today and had the best service! Tyree the assistant manager was very friendly and pointed me to where I needed to go. Was so kind! Went outside And locked myself out of my car and she even went out of her way to bring me tools to try and use and unlocked my car. Not from the area was just working but was very pleased with her!! This girl deserves a raise!!!”
