“I had my car battery replaced at this O'Reilly Auto Parts, and Alexander went above and beyond. My terminal wasn't seating properly, so instead of just forcing it on, he took the time to clean it and chip off old corrosion buildup until it could actually tighten down correctly. That kind of patience and attention to detail — fixing the real problem instead of settling for a quick fix — is hard to find these days. Great customer service, and I'll definitely be back. Thanks, Alexander!”

“Just had a new Durango GT done at 360. They did paint correction and 5yr ceramic. Corrected lousy dealer pre delivery clean up. Swirling and light scratches. Car looks excellent now. Holly the office mgr and Bentley asst office mgr kept me in informed and provided much useful info. Techs provided excellent professional work. Picked 360 because it is a body shop and not just a detail shop. They know how paint works.”

“The U connect in my Ram delaminated. My dealership quoted me 1500 just for the part, not including labor, and it was on backorder. I called Xtreme Autosound. They were able to fix the delamination for less than half what the dealership wanted just for the part! They got it fixed in an afternoon, they were friendly and professional, and it looks new! 100% recommend”

“I can't say enough of how easy it was to work with the folks at Conn's! After being rear-ended, they did an estimate quickly so I could submit it to the insurance company. They handled getting the parts and had my car fixed in a little over two weeks due to the amount of damage. The car looks great, and they handled everything with the insurance company! Thanks again!”

“Hazelwood’s was great! A local son and pop shop which someone referred me to on Nextdoor. After I carelessly dented my car, I was panicked by the quotes I received from several other body shops. Hazelwood’s was my savior! They are very fair, got me in quickly, and sat down with me to explain the repair. They were honest and up front about me needing to return after the major fix for a piece that wasn’t in yet. But all problems were solved without issue or question and they did great work. I would highly recommend their services!”

I'm going back for an interior detail next! ❤️❤️”

“I could not recommend Louie enough!!!! See attached photos for before and after. He got us back to brand new!!! His prices are reasonable and fair. Him and his team do fast, high quality work. He is also just a kind, genuine, honest human. We had an issue with the after market headlight he installed draining the battery (a new issue neither him, us, or the dealership had encountered before) and Louie fixed it, no questions asked, very quickly and free of charge. Again, if you are in Louisville, Louie’s is the only place you should be taking your car!!!”
