“Mike and his team did some serious troubleshooting to make my battery replacement work. The terminals on the new battery did not match the old battery and did not exist within the company. They were able to come up with a solution to make the new battery compatible with the connectors from the generator. Highly recommend this place.”

My terminal wasn't seating properly, so instead of just forcing it on, he took the time to clean it and chip off old corrosion buildup until it could actually tighten down correctly. That kind of patience and attention to detail — fixing the real problem instead of settling for a quick fix — is hard to find these days. Great customer service, and I'll definitely be back.
