“OMG! These folks are so friendly and nice. My mother was treated rudely early in the day at German American Bank, so it was so refreshing to see some good customer service.We were barely through the door and greeted with a smile. My mother was asked to have a seat instead of standing while the employee walked away from her window. My mother is elderly and I was glad to see some kindness while assisting her. In fact, we interacted with two different employees and both were so polite to my mother.Kindness goes a long way in my book! Great job ladies!”
