“We needed to find cancelled checks from 11 years ago to be able to title a trailer. We went to Radcliff main branch & Kristina Greer was our customer service representative. We learned that Abound cannot pull checks that far back from the old FKCU unless we pay “research fees”, so Kristina began exploring options for us, & not only did she save us $$ in research fees, but she took the time to discover other options that we were able to use to receive a title! What a fantastic person she is! Friendly, helpful & above all makes us realize why we love Abound Credit Union!”
