Terrible experience, super slow. Verizon employees are just about the worst people to encounter in life. This store was no different. Tall bald manager very slow, same customer for almost 2 hours so not to have to take anyone else. Curly light brown haired girl extremely rude, unprofessional. Go here if you want to feel like you're slowly dying inside. 1/10. Whole store needs to be fired.

Very rude staff!
Tell them why I am there. We wait 15 min and then someone comes up to us and I let them know why I’m there. They said we should just call in cuz the don’t have any of the phones there.
I have previously changed plans on phones and had them order phones before.
So, I asked, “You don’t want to do it then?” And the little guy got all agitated and raised his voice saying they don’t have the phones there to do it…
Well screw them!
I and going to go home and buy the phones from Apple direct and just move the phones to a different carrier now!

Great help.
I’ve been with Verizon for a long time and always seem to get good service and help when I need it. My wife’s phone stopped working and we came here for help. After several attempts to reboot her phone we finally realized it was broken. The manager Chris explained that they could offer a replacement due to my long continuous customer account. Tim our service sales person helped get things going and was super helpful. Chris helped us get data retrieved and service connected to our new phone. I’m appreciative of the help they showed to us. I know people can have various problems but calm and honest people are a real pleasure to deal with when resolving tech problems. I recommend visiting this store.

Came in and was not helped by anyone. After 16 mins I left. Very few sales people. Nice setup but good luck getting any help

Been here over an hour and haven’t been seen. I get good customer service and having conversations makes the experience better..but it definitely seems wild that it takes over an hour to be seen when there are only three customers in the store…

The worst experience I've ever had at a store. The associate was unhelpful, unfriendly, unprofessional and rude. Basically told my mother to shut up while he was talking and not to interupt him. I wish I knew his name. Unfortunately, Verizon is the only service that works in my area but if you have the option do not buy from them!

Impossible to talk to a live person.
We got out phones in September, still haven't been able to set up the perks on the phones.
When you finally get a person on the line they act like they can't hear you and hang up.
I REGRET ever switching to Verizon. A HUGE mistake. Will not be renewing with them, sucks to be stuck with a crappy company for 3 years.

Broke my phone and needed help setting up the replacement and transferring the data. Everyone was friendly and I was acknowledged by several techs as I waited for one to get free.

Jordan fixed the problem that I had with several other people at a different Verizon And I'm a a 30-year customer, this should never have happened. I've never seen so many top notch people in one store!
