Everyone I spoke with throughout the process (setting up my appointment, confirmation call the day before, and anyone the day I was there) was friendly, and informative. I had an oil change, tire rotation, front and back breaks done. The process was taking longer than I was initially told and due to needing to be somewhere they lent me a rental for a few hours while they finished up my car. I will definitely be back.

Bobby Heath in service went above and beyond in helping me reach resolution for the issue with my car. He was honest, helpful and sincere every single step of the way. He went to lengths no other service advisor has ever gone to in order to help me. I live in Bullitt County but take my car here to get the service I get from KIA Elizabethtown. Can’t say enough about how hard they work to keep customers happy!

If I could leave no stars I would. I speak with the lady at the front desk sometime the end of October. She asked what’s going on with the car. I told her it’s burning through oil. She asked if the check engine light was on and I said no. She said is it making a knocking noise and I said yes. She said okay then we can get our guys to run some test on it let me get you scheduled. So we schedule an appointment for 11/3 and I take it in there. She says check engine lights on? I said no, it makes the knock sound. I explained I had to put oil in it last night so I wasn’t driving it with no oil and my warranty was voided. She said I recommend you do an oil change, I said it just had one two month ago when I bought the car. She said okay my recommendation is bring it back when it’s low on oil and making the knocking sound. I said I can’t drive it around with no oil and this is my daily driver. She started to get an attitude when I asked why was I told you bring it in when you knew the light was not on? Then some service manager came in and asked if there was an extended warrant on it and he I said yes and he said well it does not cover oil consumption and I explained to him it’s not just that it’s also making a knocking noise when it’s drove and worse when it’s low so there’s something definitely wrong with the engine. He stated that’s not what I said. I said she said that when she told me to take my car and leave and bring it back in when it’s low. He said I’m trying to explain how it works. I said I know how it works but I’m asking why was I told to bring it here. She said she just needs to shut her mouth and drop it and leave it. And I asked the guy to have her leave the room because we aren’t getting anywhere with her smart remarks when she knows she messed up telling me to bring my car in with no light on. He said she’s not going to leave and I’m not going to help you so leave this store. I told him he was a freaking joke and he walked towards me quickly raising his voice don’t cuss me and basically forced me out and locked his door. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to my a car from them. There salesmen are rude and they lie about conditions of the vehicles and then the service department is right up there with them. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!

IB ADAMU was great helping me get the car that I wanted. It had and issue with electrical and service team took care of it at no extra cost. All the staff was helpful and made it a great experience. Got the car I wanted at the price I was wanting without any hassle or issues. I would go back again or highly recommend to anyone!

Chris Summers the service manager has been absolutely amazing. I had to have my transmission replaced and took and dropped my truck off at Big M in Radcliff on August 18th little did I know that I would be without a vehicle for almost 3 months because of stuff on back order and then the Strike however he bent over backwards with loaning me 2 different loaner cars up until I picked up my truck yesterday on October 31st. He also stayed up to date and giving me updates at least one time a week on the progress of my truck I would strongly suggest any one to go through Kia.

Bobby Heath in the service department at the Kia dealership in Elizabethtown Kentucky provided me with wow customer service. His professionalism in keeping me informed about the diagnosis and needed repairs on my car were very much appreciated. My car is now running like a new one with increased gas mileage. He’s quite an asset to your establishment. The service I received from Bobby Heath restored my confidence in your service department. I hope you realize what an incredible associate you have in Bobby Heath. He deserves a raise.

Jesse was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and never pressured me into immediately buying. He was thorough on test drive and made sure I understood the features of the vehicle. He was able to accommodate my additional requests and it truly felt like he was working with me instead of just trying to sell me on a car. Additionally, receptionist “T”, sales manager, and the detailer were so friendly and kind to our family. I had a great experience with everyone I encountered! I would highly recommend this store.

I worked with Marcus to get a new minivan for my growing family. He was very sweet and helpful. He took everything I said to thought when talking to me about vehicles. Marcus was very attentive to all the needs of myself and my husband. He offered us waters and coffee. I am in love with the Kia Carnival that Marcus helped us with. I wanted the Astra Blue EX model, so he traveled up to Louisville to bring me back my dream car. Go see Marcus for the best car buying experience you could ask for.

I bought a pre-owned Buick Regal Premium and Donald Kirby was my sales professional. We had communicated previously, and he knew exactly what we wanted. When we got to the dealership, he met us at the door with the key to the vehicle we were interested in and allowed us to look it over with no pressure. Our entire pre-owned buying experience from The Kia Store was brief and painless.When we brought the vehicle back the next business day for the service department to install an ordered part, the service manager, the advisors and the technician servicing the vehicle were all exceptional. The parts department folks even made sure I didn't need anything while I waited in the service waiting area.Overall, an exceptional experience.

I had a great experience with Hailey at the etown Kia store! She’s hands down one of the best workers I’ve met so far. She got me such a good deal with a 2022 Kia Seltos and I love it so much. Next time you think about getting a car from Kia ask for Hailey!

Braden is an awesome worker. He gave me a walk through with the pricing of other cars and was very knowledgeable on all the questions I had. I got the car I wanted and made sure I was taken care of. When I dropped off my car for extra cleaning/wax etc. they made sure I was able to get back home. I would just say that the detailer could put in quality time in detailing the vehicles so I don’t have to keep coming to the store.

My dad just purchased a car and our sales person was Ibrahim Adamu. We had the best experience, Ibrahim went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. You can tell he loves what he does. If you need a car he is the person to see. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and the process was the easiest I have ever experienced when purchasing a car.

Haley Sommer got us into our first new car from a car lot. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were in and out in a little less than an hour and on the road. Defiantly going back to her for our next car .
