The only part I found inconvenient was the wait time. We were in there for a couple of hours waiting for a followup. But we all must wait for our turn. 😁”

“They took VERY good care of my cat. I called the day before and was scheduled the next day!
Everyone was super friendly and it was a great atmosphere!
Mr.Boyd got all his shots and neutering for a very reasonable price and the veterinarian was extremely nice.
She sent him home with pain meds! A lot of vets don’t unfortunately :(
I can’t say enough nice things about this place and I will never take my animals anywhere else but country critters!!

“We brought our cat in for a second opinion as another area vet had told us to put one of our cats down a few years ago, and she is still alive 2 years later. Although we did get the same prognosis, Dr Grimes and her staff were so caring and compassionate. She was very open and honest, but so caring at the same time. We unfortunately had to put our cat down days later. I really like that they give you a comfortable room to say your final goodbyes and not just another exam room. We picked up our boys ashes today, and are so thankfully for Dr Grimes and her staff for being so patient and kindhearted. You really made us feel like family, and we knew he was in good hands.”
