“They are open on Saturdays for regular visits, which is great for me because I work long hours during the week and don't always have a way to get my animals to a Vet.”

“Huge shoutout to this veterinary clinic who I messaged over the holiday weekend about my pug having a UTI. They promptly responded the following day which is today, and they called while I had been waiting at another vets office for over an hour despite me having an appointment. Ended up leaving there without being seen, and driving 40 minutes back home to get my dog to North Hardin before 11am. They had me in and out in under an hour, and every employee I met was so incredibly kind, including the actual veterinarian we saw. My husband and I are new to the area and thankfully our dogs are in good health so I don’t go to the vet very often, but if I need one I know I have North Hardin now. I was a new patient and they got me in the same day, almost unheard of in this day and age. I can’t thank them enough. They really saved the day and my sanity.”

“Our dog was in the middle of a medical emergency they took him in right away kept us updated with every step they took the tests that we would need to be performed as well as the possible amount it would cost us. The veterinarian and her staff there were so helpful kind compassionate and understanding. This will be our forever veterinary clinic to take all of our loving beautiful fur babies to from now on.”

They are incredibly gentle, attentive, and thorough, which makes a world of difference when managing specialized routines and senior pet care. Thank you all for taking such great care of Max and Bella—knowing they are in such loving, capable hands gives me complete peace of mind. A stellar 5-star team all around!”

“From the moment we walked through the door we were presented with kindness and professionalism. I believe my animal was given top notch care by people who care about what they are doing. The only part I found inconvenient was the wait time. We were in there for a couple of hours waiting for a followup. But we all must wait for our turn. 😁”

“They took VERY good care of my cat. I called the day before and was scheduled the next day! Everyone was super friendly and it was a great atmosphere! Mr.Boyd got all his shots and neutering for a very reasonable price and the veterinarian was extremely nice. She sent him home with pain meds! A lot of vets don’t unfortunately :( I can’t say enough nice things about this place and I will never take my animals anywhere else but country critters!! Thank you all for everything you do!!”

“We brought our cat in for a second opinion as another area vet had told us to put one of our cats down a few years ago, and she is still alive 2 years later. Although we did get the same prognosis, Dr Grimes and her staff were so caring and compassionate. She was very open and honest, but so caring at the same time. We unfortunately had to put our cat down days later. I really like that they give you a comfortable room to say your final goodbyes and not just another exam room. We picked up our boys ashes today, and are so thankfully for Dr Grimes and her staff for being so patient and kindhearted. You really made us feel like family, and we knew he was in good hands.”
