“Dave and son Doug went over and above our expectations. Hubby had an accident and the Backer’s had to fight ins. comp. for specific items on our car to be like Dave said..our car pre accident. The Admin. Secretary Kathy rating her 5 stars also. She’s kind, informative and compassionate, she holds the keys to that kingdom. I will recommend to everybody who needs repairs. He’s a connoisseur and you can trust them. The detail guy found money in my car, I didn’t even know I had, that’s honesty. Give him 5 stars also, my book he gets employee of the day. So Thank You Dave and Company for all your expertise, promptness and time. Our Best-Mona”

“I had gotten a dent on my trunk hatch that three other places had told me couldn’t be fixed with paintless dent repair, one even told me the whole door may need to be replaced. I called Kelley’s, was told to bring it in, and within 5 minutes he popped off the inner cover, hit it a couple times, and the dent came right out! Didn’t even charge me for it. This place has integrity and kindness in spades. Thank you!”

“I’ve dealt with them a few times over the years and service is always good. Had an issue with my windshield getting destroyed and not figuring out how it happened, but I didn’t make a fuss because they allowed me to store the vehicle there for quite sometime before I was able to junk it.”

“My son took is truck in after he hit a deer. Very professional, looked under the hood, crawled under the truck and got the estimate back quickly. My son authorized the work, they got his truck in and repaired it. Took an extra day because a part came in with a little defect and they refused to put it on until they got one that was perfect. He got his truck back all cleaned inside and out, and it looks very good. Just like it never happened. Thank you to Dewey and the gang at Littletons.”

“I recently had some body work done on my mini van regarding some broken glass and some related issues around the sliding door. I received an honest and thoughtful diagnosis of the repair work, which I appreciated as someone who doesn’t do this kind of work everyday. The lady in the office and Lee were very polite and helped make everything simple. I furthermore appreciated the extra insights Lee gave on the repair that ended up being very valuable. Lee has the talent of looking at the potential repair through the lens of the customer, which is quite rare to see most days.”

“I got three estimates for body work on my car, and Eric’s was by far the best—both in price and in overall value. His quote was very fair, and the quality of the work was excellent. On a higher-end vehicle, craftsmanship matters, and Eric and his team delivered. The paint was blended perfectly, and the attention to detail really stood out. I hope I do not need body work again anytime soon, but if I do, I will absolutely be back to see Eric and his team.”

“They did a terrific job but I only gave them four stars because the owner said he would buff out the other headlight and he didn't. They fixed the bumper and replaced the other head light assembly. It looked terrific. I would use them again in the future but wouldn't pay until he did what he said he was going. Workmanship was great. Sticking to what he said he would do cost him that 5th star.”

“I have taken vehicles to Performance for probably 20 years experiencing the same excellent quality and customer service. You would never know that the vehicle had body work done. They work very well with insurance even when they were not a preferred shop for my particular company. When fixing an older vehicle, the doors they received were inferior, they refused to use them, and requested a higher quality. This fall, my vehicle was finished late Friday, but still needed an alignment and wash. Knowing we had work out of town on Monday, they did everything they could to get our vehicle back to us and save us a trip. I wouldn’t take my vehicles any where else. No one could beat the quality of their work and their customer service.”

“I bought an exhaust part here, had some issues with fitment & the welds on it, due to myself being cheap. They did not give me any hassle about returning, matter fact even went out of their way to order me a different unit same part # from Ohio to see if that would work. I used to work in a shop as a tech, so I know that they sell solid parts & tools with a wide variety. If they don't have what you need, they can get stuff from other locations pretty fast. I'll be using them again & next time will invest in a slightly higher tier exhaust brand. That part was on me. Thanks guys!”

“I struggle to find the words to write this review, because Brian and Kelly did something most meaningful to me - they literally saved my summer.I was on a cross-country road trip in my Dodge camper van when suddenly it broke down in Cincinnati. On a Sunday, I was very lucky to find that Vogt Auto was one of the only mechanics open.Though they specialize in VW restorations, Kelly said it was no problem for me to have my van towed there. Though it turned out my repair was extensive and ended up needing the entire back end and driveshaft replaced, I was treated like family while I was there - they went above and beyond, even letting me sleep in the van in the lot. This is not a big corporation you're dealing with -- this is a family-run business and it shows!Brian was forthright in letting me know what he was seeing as he went through the investigations, and after the repairs were completed, he gave me a detailed breakdown of the entire work he performed, the parts he ordered, and his hourly rate - a fair price for saving my summer.I can't thank them enough.”

Would highly recommend.”

“At Crone's Auto Body you get great customer service whether you're dealing with the owner the office manager or the mechanics. Everyone I had contact with really seemed to enjoy working there. I had a no hassle experience and they got my insurance to cover more than the amount that the insurance adjuster gave me so I could have my car fixed properly. I am very pleased with my service it was finished in a timely manner and my car looks and runs great. I highly recommend Crone's if you are looking for an honest body shop with great service.”

“Super respectful people. Had my Chevy paint worked on here and the work was great. Absolutely zero competition when it comes to pricing. These guys have the best pricing.I came in a second time to get some work done on my Ram and the owner was honest with me and told me that the work could be done very easily with an at home solution and would save me lots of money. He could have told me he could fix and charged me for it but chose to save me money instead of filling his own pockets. Lots of respect for these guys.I was even offered a ride home because I didn’t have a second person come with me. Even though it was only a few minute drive it was about a 30 minute walk home. Definitely recommend.”
