“Had Maaco of Florence Ky paint my 2002 Chevy extreme. Full color change to midnight black. You would never know this was a single stage paint job. Looks like it was wet sanded and buffed. This location has one of the best paint guy I’ve ever seen. Can’t wait to finish this project truck and give it to my son for his 16th birthday !!!!”

“I do not know where to start with this review. My wife and daughter got a flat on a Sunday heading back to TN. Rocky went out of his way to take care of them, which even though we never met, I will always be thankful to him for. He was (1) extremely professional, (2) knew his stuff, (3) had inventory that no other big retailer had, (4) was able to work fast, (5) and was overly fair with his pricing. He ended up actually patching the tire, which another big retailer told my wife was not possible. After he finished patching the tire, my wife tried to tip him but he would not take it, just a great person. Wish we lived closer to Florence, KY, I know where my family would be taking my cars. Thanks Rocky for treating my family so well.”

“This was our second visit to Safelite for a window replacement. The first time was for rock damage to a windshield on our months old new car. This time it was because some clowny kids decided to smash the rear passenger side window in my truck. Our customer service was great both times. On the first visit they were able to get the OEM windshield approved by insurance since the vehicle was “new”. This second visit they made sure they had the correct replacement window and the installation was completed quickly. I received text message status which helped us plan for picking up the vehicle. They did a great job.”

Even with the mix up about my appointment Brandon was able to get my car in and they finished in a timely manner, sooner than they thought. Brandon was very pleasant and helpful! I appreciate good customer service. They have a worker with an orange shirt older white guy I believe works in service (sorry didn’t catch his name) but he also was very nice wore a smile was very welcoming.”

“We got off our flight at CVG (delayed 3 times) and our car would not start. After having the airport police jump us twice we managed to make it to Glenway auto center to have them take a look at it. It was the closest place and we live 1.5 hours away. They could have not been more nice. I think they could tell how stressed out my husband and I were, with 2 kids in the freezing dead of winter. They replaced our battery free of charge within 10 minutes. I honestly almost started to cry. It was the the kindest thing anyone has done for us in a long time.Service: Battery”
