I am giving the Eminence KOI 5 stars for the excellent staff. Josh took care of me, had what i needed and i was out the door in no time. He is always helpful, courteous and smiling.

Jeff is an awesome parts guy super knowledgeable . Koi is definitely a better choice than the other stores that hire kids that only know what the computers say. Can’t replace experience.
